Needless to say I went and read some research and I’m going to start taking that as well as checking my D3 levels. I currently take 5,000 IU’s daily. I follow you on Instagram and YouTube and have only sporadically listened to the podcast up until the last few weeks and I haven’t missed an episode. You’re doing a fantastic job!

coachangFantastic Content and Eric Keeps It Real!I listen to a lot of podcasts about fitness/nutrition/healthy living and this podcast is my favorite! Eric’s content is always fresh and extremely informative. I’d have to say my favorite episodes are the ones where he doesn’t hold back and gets a bit fiesty but in a good way—it’s extremely motivating! I also recently signed up for one on one coaching and it’s a wonderful investment in myself. If you’re looking for accountability and someone to be in your corner, you need to get with his coaching team. I’m jealous of anyone who hasn’t listened to his show yet because that means you get to binge listen to it all!

I have been training hard for the last 3 years ( I even manned to squat 315 for 4 reps)I would lose 10-15 pounds and gain the weight right back. I never understood why by the time Wednesday hit I was starving and I just wouldn’t get full. Logical I thought maybe by body needs fried food and sweet treats to find some balance, but what ended up happening is that I would over indulge and hate myself for it. I would be eating and telling mystery that I was so fat for doing so, lol. The days following I was resentful, exhausted, and angry. Monday came around and I was in square one again. 3 years of this with no explanation of what I was doing wrong I even hired a trainer through my gym and she suggested more cardio…

I always thought I was doing all the right things to maintain my weight, but when it started to creep up and I couldn’t lose it, I was incredibly frustrated. I stumbled upon Eric Roberts Fitness podcast and took to heart the suggestions Eric made, and now, 8 weeks later, I am down 10 pounds to my ideal weight. His messages resonate strongly with me, and I find his fitness and nutrition information to be spot on. Eric has an knack for delivering information in new and fresh ways, which helps to drive home the message and teach in unique way. Even when he brings up topics I’ve heard before his fresh approach makes them more impactful. I always walk away with constructive takeaways and actionable bits of information. I highly recommend following Eric on all of his platforms.

SusanVP26Entire Podcast EpisodesI found you on TikTok sometime back and finally got around to listening to your podcast back in October 2023. I started with Episode one and today finally caught up to your most recent episode. I have learned a lot and the information has begun to get stuck into my head and learning from other’s stories and relating to things here and there. I have started your 45 free workouts back in September of 2023 and have enjoyed them and feel stronger. I think I am still limiting the weight I’m lifting and as I keep hearing lift heavier on your podcast. I just recently started challenging myself with adding more weights little by little to see if I can handle it and to my surprise, I think I have been cheating myself from not lifting has heavy as I should the past few months. I have begun with guesstimating counting my calories and I am really close to purchasing a food scale to see if the calories I think I am eating are even close to what I am actually eating. Which I think I am not since the fat I currently have is still stick around. LOL. You have definitely inspired me and since I have not fully committed to my eating habits. I know it’s a much slower progress, but I will get there. I kinda wanted it to be a slow change because I wanted it to be a lifestyle change and not be a 2 week thing then fall off. I have been lifting 4x a week and try very hard not to miss, which I am good for the most part. Thanks for all that you have done for everyone. You are awesome!!!

In a world where misinformation is available in an instant, he is refreshing to listen to. He genuinely cares about his listeners and followers and clubhouse members. He’s not trying to sell you on some quick fix fad diet or gimmick. He just wants to help. I have seen information from other health and fitness people that supports what he’s saying.
