Seawolf-4Beyond HelpfulThis podcast gives so much insight to the abuse I’ve been experiencing for the last 3 years. So much gratitude to Yaz for helping me get through this very difficult and trying time. In the moments I feel weak, I tune in and immediately feel a sense of relief and encouragement to stay strong. I highly recommend this podcast to anyone struggling with narcissistic people in their life.

Kristy933Malignant NarcissistCan you make a podcast on malignant narcissists? I need to know more because I think I’m dealing with one.
-
Besty EstySO HELPFUL!The episode about New Years Eve made what happened to me make sense. I blocked him and I'm moving on. Getting off this roller coaster & choosing myself. Narcs are pure evil. Thank you for your amazing podcasts & videos. Spot on & so helpful!!
-
mcav_619Amazing!Where have you been my whole life!?! I love the direct, real, honest talk! Best advice on narcissism I’ve heard to date! Thank you!
-
TSORSBYKettle and PotThis chick is clearly an actual narcissist. I mean that to the n’th degree. I listened to 10 minutes of a particular episode and I knew. No thank you.

LoSky2eToo much Christian preaching!Narcissistic personality disorder is a mental illness aka personality disorder, not a spiritual one. If anything the stories of the Bible are symbolically talking about narcissists of the time. I’m an atheist who is the victim of many narcissists mostly my born again narc mom, so you are triggering victims of spiritual narcs whenever you use words like Christ and satan. Just a suggestion. Edit: You my dear have your own narc qualities the way you just went off on me and others who shared my same concerns on your podcast for just making a suggestion to be mindful of victims of religious narcs. The fact you can’t take constructive criticisms from your listeners without raging at us on episodes is evidence. Boycotting you now! You have too much rage and not enough heart! ✌️

MyCuriousCityPlease fix it ❤️Great content. Thank you. I’m also passionate when I talk but please try to work on it. It’s tiresome to the ears and to the brain. It makes me feel fatigued after every episode. Please work also on the “alright” so many times and the satanic/biblical and political references. Stop equating these three things. You give yourself a reputation of not really knowing what you’re talking about when you do that. You also do that when you criticize other podcasters or coaches, especially by name. And finally and with all my love: “Your” is something that belongs to you. “You’re is the same as “You are” and means describing you or saying where you are at the moment. Again, thank you for your content.

Harpersmama718Love you hasYou have been helping me so much this past week helping me learn more about my narc
-
Riiccaaa_Thank youVery insightful podcast, and the host is motivating. I have listened to several episodes which are giving me strength to maintain no contact with my ex, as well as validating so many things I was beginning to doubt and second guess.
-
Brittanycrane15❤️❤️I just love you thank you for this podcast ❤️ it’s helping me heal daily.
-
FlowerrificcMy very favorite 💯I would love to have the opportunity sometime to share my story with you. You are the most realistic and loyal to the truth guide I’ve had.
-
JJRR00Small critiqueLove the content but I’m begging you, please stop with “alright” and “okay”

Tracey MackThank You! You Rock Girl!Thank you Yaz❤️ I love how you explain everything about the narcissist! They’re using us as supply, they don’t value us, they are not team players, they are liars and cheaters, gaslighters, jealous, superficial etc. To break the trauma bond: Be independent, get busy, meet new people, have fun, and the best part, get sex from somebody else (not the narcissist)! I’m preparing to go “No Contact” on Super Bowl Sunday😊 I’ll be hanging out with friends (not the narcissist). Update: Thank you thank you! 24 hours no contact!

ryannosaurus...Course of treatment without a real diagnosisIf you have interactions with a confirmed, diagnosed narcissist, this may be a resource for behaviors to be aware of. However, not everyone that exhibits the behaviors listed is an actual narcissist. The host’s descriptions and advice come across as “angrily empowered,” painting anyone it applies to with broad brush strokes as a toxic person that needs to be cut out of the listener’s life immediately. No steps to confirm, discuss, counsel, or try to fix. Just cull them and move on?
-
lipglossmommieThank youYou are getting me through one of the darkest moments in my life. I am going to listen to every single episode. Thank you so much.
-
KelliSpragginsReal TalkYaz is exactly the type of hype girl I need! No sugar coating she tells it like it is, and shows a lot of tough love. One of the best narcissist resources I’ve found so far when it comes to affective spot on advice.

Roxie0078Finally, someone gets it!You sum up the past 17 years of my life in almost every episode! I just recently ended things with a man I’ve been in a dead end relationship with for over 17 years! The last couple of years I have been researching these toxic characteristics he has. I continued to come back to narcissism. However many people that talk about the topic usually focus more on the overt/malignant narcissist. You describe what I have dealt with 100% accuracy- it’s honestly scary! I am so glad you focus so much on the silent treatment! My ex would give me the silent treatment for months and months for calling him out on something he did to hurt me or the kids. Never apologize for anything! Ever! Ghosted me on many occasions over the years. Then give me breadcrumbs to get me back and give me hope we would actually have a future together. Neglected me horribly. Never celebrated my birthday, valentines, Mother’s Day, etc. Would withhold intimacy continuously. Broke my soul to absolute shreds! Thank you so much for providing education to the public! So much more awareness needs to be made on this debilitating disease! God Bless You!!

Enitsirhc21Thank you Yaz!I discovered this podcast because I was looking for validation for what I was feeling. I didn’t know the magnitude of narc damage, and how common narcissism until I married one. This podcast has helped me understand the behavior and has also helped me heal. Thank you Yaz for telling it like it is. Your podcast has been a great resource for me, and for the many out there going through the same experience.

Jewele MeritI could listen to Yaz all dayYaz- keeps it very real. Tells you the truth, even though it’s hard to hear. I will re-listen to episodes to keep myself centered on a topic. I love the amount of content she puts out, with a new thought or perspective on a topic. If you are questioning your sanity in a personal relationship this is probably your go to podcast. The life experiences that Yaz holds are as valuable as anyone with a psychology degree. Trust & Believe - Thank you !

LUVPDX2024My favorite podcastThis is my number one favorite podcast! I have experienced issues with many narcissists in my life, and continue to educate myself about them. I’ve listened to plenty of podcasts on narcissism, but The Game Exposed is the best I’ve found by far. Yaz is incredibly insightful, and a wealth of knowledge about the intricacies of dealing with toxic narcissists of all kinds. I appreciate the invaluable information provided and direct approach so much, and can't recommend this podcast highly enough!
-
GAPeachesBrutally honest, accurate with a dash of humor! This is one of my favorite podcasts. Yaz shares her personal and professional experience with narcissists/toxic ppl/a-holes, straight with no chaser. Her straightforward delivery ensures you understand what she saying and why. She also sprinkles in some humor here and there! I have learned so much and appreciate her sharing her insights to help others make better relationship choices. Yaz, keeps it real!

Xstellar1XGreat PodcastVery insightful.
-
Sarah from MomsConstructive CriticismThis podcast contains a lot of great information. However, I think the delivery of the information could be improved by avoiding overuse of the work “okay” and “alright.” Also, the host gets louder as the podcast goes on. I feel like I’m being yelled at, which is triggering for me, a victim of narcissistic abuse. I love the vibe and I get that the host is on fire for this topic, but try to mix it up with calmer deliver sometimes.

Pinot, Patron PattyThank You! Thank You!You have helped me more than you can ever imagine! Thank you for saving my heart and soul. Painful endingForgiving a NarcissistI have been struggling with forgiving my Narc. I forgave myself & have chosen to stay open & loving & not be bitter. I am so disappointed in the way things ended & how all my hopes & dreams got crushed & how I had to completely change my life. My health, mentally & physically, was suffering & I got to the point where I was DONE due to his behavior of needing constant attention & cheating. I have often thought of talking to him but I truly feel he needs to make the first move. I have had no contact for two years. And I really doubt he will ever take accountability. After listening to you & absolutely hitting the nail on the head with all your experience, I am now going to lay to rest my delusion of forgiving him. I can say I am going to respect myself enough & leave this all in the past. Thank you for your podcasts!

Laa1983You need to hear this!!I don’t think I have ever posted a podcast review, but this is worth every bit of the 5 stars. As a therapist and narcissistic abuse survivor (yes, it happens to us, too), she is spot on and empowering. I listen to this everyday, sometimes twice.
-
TimG1970Awesome!I’m so glad I found you! I never heard of a covert narcissist until I realized I was dating one. He love bombed me for weeks and then ‘poof’ he was gone. Total 180 overnight. I was devastated. Still am recovering. He ticked so many boxes (played the victim, self deprecating, anxious, depressed, lots of acquaintances but not many friends, etc). This podcast is helping me understand why I was treated this way and helping me re-establish my self worth. Thank you!
-
kcmb67Straight shooterLove her and so informative. It’s like a warm hug and reality check from your favorite auntie ❤️❤️

lillyVgutierrez20s and 30s and beyond this is neededI’m bearly 35 years old and I feel everything she’s speaking of is so important especially going into your late 20s and on on or late teens and 20s we all have to have experience life and people and relationships. The sooner you learn and put your self first life is easier. I’m trying to grow my business and I been hearing this podcast as I work and on speaker or earphones and it helps at my age 35 my fertility is running out and I’m getting older having a partner and boyfriend is needed for a family but I know I’m not healthy mentally to have a relationship and I’m not financially ready to have a long term relationship I been working on my self a lot lately this is so needed will save I heartache and time though I feel like I learned a lot sooner then most.

itsmeericaYes, you’re a god send.Thank you for telling it like it is and being very straightforward about an hard topic that often is not the easiest to talk about. These are hard truths anyone who has experienced a narcissist NEEDS to desperately hear. You’ve really put things in perspective for me and are helping with the healing process. When I have a weak moment, I always make sure to listen to your words of wisdom.
-
Love-twigameThank you YazI have been in a narcissistic relationship for 22 years, 2 years dating, 15 years married and 5 years post divorce. I have my moments when I still doubt myself, so I started listening to this podcast. Yaz, thank you for the affirmation I need to overcome these thoughts and feelings. I’ve been to an outpatient program and 5+ years of therapy, and I am still enduring and recovering from the emotional trauma of narcissistic abuse. Due to our family dynamic with children, I don’t ever see an end to the love bombing and stonewalling even though he has since remarried. Thankfully I have the resources I need to keep on keeping on, and you have been a blessed addition to that list. ❤️
-
