Cagu16motivated to love myself betterWhenever I listen to Jessi Jeans podcast I feel so encouraged and at peace with myself and my journey to health and wellbeing. I lived with a restrictive mindset for years, I was afraid of eating sugar, and I was never happy with how my body looked. I went to a personal trainer and had little energy for my workouts. It wasn’t until I took a deep dive into functional health that I realized how much damage I did to myself, physically and emotionally. I love listening to Jessi because she gives so many practical tips for changing your mindset and embracing the imperfect. Now whatever my workout looks like I genuinely find joy in it. I am eating more nourishing foods and I am no longer afraid of dessert. My body has gotten so much stronger and I am learning to love what I see when I look in the mirror. I am so grateful for each podcast Jessi puts out because I know I am going to feel better, stronger, healthier and more joyful after implementing her wisdom. Keep’ em coming Jessi!

CathLodgeMust Listen!Thank you Jessi for all of your amazing content and info you provide. You are so relatable and I’ve have loved watching you become a mom and step into your new role. You show all the sides from motherhood to boss girl and it is so appreciated. Relearning food freedom behaviors has been so empowering and I’m so thankful for this space ❤️

the wordscapes appNew to the podcastA colleague in the medical field recommended this podcast. I’m on an 8hr car ride and have been listening to this podcast and I love it. Jessi uses a multimodal approach to the challenges of overeating/binge eating. I’ve been in therapy for years and her practical tips that incorporate brain/body exercises is the piece of the journey I need next. I also love how she stresses tackling certain aspects in a specific order for true success. She’s warm, super encouraging and honest too. Also some great analogies helping me to see things in a new way. Will definitely be digging deep into this podcast and inquiring about her master class. Thanks Jessi!

AdellatSo Real, So Practical!I saw Jessi on a talk show on YouTube after I read Intuitive Eating and found the book really inadequate to help me. Now I’m bingeing on the Dear Body Podcast! I just finished #18. I was so sad when I emailed asking for a consultation call and was simply told the class was closed until May. So I’ve been listening and re-listening and journaling through these. I love the in-depth explanations of food psychology and habit psychology and overcoming. You really challenge me, and I’m trying to put everything into practice. I’m eagerly-awaiting your best-seller Jesse, and if I can’t afford your masterclass, I still hope the podcasts help me break free!! I just really crave community because I live overseas and need it!

Littleitaly3043AmazingI just started this podcast. I am 14 episodes in and realizing that my habits are already changing. Subconscious changes are in effect and I am slowly healing my relationship with food. When I started this podcast I was brought to tears because I thought I was alone in my struggles. To hear that someone else has gone through what I have really was mind blowing. This podcast is teaching me so much and I love listening to this when I have any free time. You have a great personality and I don’t even know you, but I feel like I do by listening to this. You have a great soul and I totally enjoy listening to you. Thank you for helping people like me. Thank you for being you.

Keila0lsenJesse is a friendLove listening to this podcast. I really feel Jesse is onto something revolutionary and removes the shame involved in binge eating and disordered eating. I also love her other podcasts about relationships, making friends in your adult years etc. I feel less alone and thankful for Jesse for her bravery. It’s nice to see someone who can be so caught up in disordered eating now thriving and in a loving relationship; it’s possible.

McComasclanSavedDear Jessi Jean, You saved me. I do not think I can use words to express how thankful I am for this podcast. You helped me break free. I was so lost. I was so depressed and so caught up in the insecurities and just crazy binging. Until I found you. So thank you thank you thank you. You really saved my life. I am finally free and that is due to you. So thank you. You are the reason I am still here today. I just want you to know that you helped me. You saved me. You are amazing. Thank you for being here and being you.

EnfiliadeVery insightfulI really enjoy listening to Jessi’s podcast. She is so real and open and honest with her experiences and also very knowledgeable. I’ve learned so much here to help me on my journey of healing my relationship with food and my body.
-
jnayyyGreat PodcastReally enjoy listening to this podcast and find the topics and strategies really helpful! I’m not sure if this is supposed to be only for women, but as a gay man I’ve really enjoyed listening and it’s helped me in healing my relationship with food.
-
memgimmelmemalephBeing likedEpisode 153 you divulge worrying about what your audience will think of you for admitting your weaknesses, your reality of having a fight with your husband, your binging, etc. You’re afraid people will turn you off, and I want you to know that your raw honesty drew me in. Made me realize I’m not alone. Your honesty made you real and attracted me more to you. Don’t worry about who you turn away. Think about those of us you draw in. ♥️

612MplsMinnWhen do we get actual content??Ok. I’ve listened to 4 episodes and was so excited based on all the great reviews. But when does the actual content start? So far she just repeats a bunch of generic phrases and refers over and over to her Master Class - but no helpful CONTENT. I’ll listen to a few more episodes, but at this point I’m not finding this helpful.

Meg- GroundedNourishmentLoving this mind-body-soul pod! This podcast is perfect for reminding us daily that we need to love our bodies for all they can do and eat food full of nourishment! I love that Jessi reminds us that we are in control of our bodies and the food we eat by giving tips that work!

LaralyndyJessi and her program is the real deal and the final step some of us have been searching for…I am 54 years old and have done a lot of healing with the topics of this podcast and the program offered as well. I was willing to try one more time…and decided to do her program which is 100% what has been missing for my absolute healing. Episode # 152 “This changes everything…” is a great over view of this work. Additionally, so many of the podcasts are so helpful whether or not one does the program. I dove in to listen to many of them before I signed up and got so much from hearing them. The podcast and program is what I have been working towards since I was 19 and in therapy trying to find my way with all of this. It’s worth a listen. Find a topic that appeals to you and see if you resonate. Trust one more time…for those of you who understand that.

Lentil WellnessEssential and applicable information!Jessi Jean shares her experience openly while empowering others with *actionable* tips and tools. While much more value is likely provided within her program, she’s willing to pass along strategies to help individuals shift behaviors in a way that just might transform their lives. Truly a MUST listen for anyone facing emotional eating challenges. Thanks so much, Jessi!

S.SummertimeHelpEvery time I try to get on your website I end up on Bright line which you have not mentioned or I have not heard you mention. I would love to have a consultation call and possibly utilize your program. If someone reads this please help.

SurrendertimeYou have changed (saved!) my lifeI have been struggling with a myriad of disordered eating habits for the past 15 years. From restriction, to competing in fitness, to the post-competition rebound, trying various diets, constant restriction and on and on. For the past almost 2 years, my relationship with food took a turn for the worst. The stress, the overwhelm all led to having a serious ED. Since I have found your podcast, I have started from the very beginning and binged on all of it! The only thing I did NOT binge on since finding you and relating to all you have to share is... FOOD!! I let go of all rules and the incredibly close grip I was displaying regarding everything that had to do with eating. Previously I felt, like most people struggling, that food and the shape of my body was the only thing I could control. I thank you, THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for all the information and openness towards a topic that can be so full of shame, guilt, secretive behavior that leads to perpetuating destructive habits. I am forever grateful for you!
-
caitlynn888❤️I started listening to your podcast a few days ago and it feels SO good to have found someone who has struggled in the same ways that I do and has overcome all of it. I look forward to starting this journey and can’t thank you enough for all of your advice and words of encouragement! I finally feel like I can accomplish my goals in a healthy way. 🙌🏼
-
ZozoAkhundOne step closer to self- beliefThank you Jessi for this phenomenal podcast. Your content helps me every single day- especially when things are tough. Listening to you, I feel a sense lightness wash over this sometimes- heavy journey with food. Never did I think I would reach a point of believing my diet / binge cycles could end. I’m not there yet, but I finally BELIEVE I will get there. I feel at home here. Thank you again 💚
-
Louise 🐶Thank you ♥️Sure appreciate you sharing all of your knowledge and experience. You are a gift!

KisaKinsGratitude for youSo so helpful! Nuggets of gold each episode ❤️ you’ve given a voice to exactly what I’ve felt and all the questions I’ve had.

vicster_64Weight is liftedI am just really getting started listening to your podcasts. But I want to say thank you. After only listening to the first 10 shows, I already feel a great weight lifted off of my shoulders. I’ve been struggling for years, trying to figure what my problem is. It is such a relief to hear that there really is something wrong with me and that it can be fixed.

callmeashley88What I didn’t know I neededThis. THIS! This is my first ever podcast show I’ve listened to and it has been phenomenal. I’m 13 episodes in and I feel this so so much. I had a friend recommend to me, because we struggle with everything Jessi talks about. And it has just opened up so many emotions for me and letting me realize that I’m not the only one with these feelings and thoughts. I have scheduled a breakthrough appointment with Jessi and I’m so looking forward to learning more and breaking through this and have food freedom.

Tree6877YuckTotal narcissist. 20 minutes talking about herself and her “program. It’s a commercial. Her voice is also monotonous. Try another podcast

Erebecca92Finally a Podcast that GETS it!I have been searching for a podcast that handles ED’s for a long time but none of them talked exclusively about Binge Eating Disorders. I felt alone and didn’t understand why those podcasts felt SO disconnected from my personal experiences. When I found this Dear Body Podcast I broke out into tears because I FINALLY felt seen. I am only on episode 5 but I am already learning SO SO much and I feel like it’s attainable to get my life to a balanced and healthy space. Thank you Jessi for being so gracious, detailed, and encouraging. 💕

cherry jubilee 1213Freedom FindingWow! I don’t even know where to start! I have been in this struggle of binging and purging for so long. I stumbled upon your podcast. (I’m going to say heavenly guided Is more like it) I’m 50 years old. And my body can no longer do these horrible, restrictive diets. I was on one not that long ago. Lost 60 pounds only to gain it back along with some health challenges. Now I’m focusing on re-calibrating my body. I don’t know if I could do this without your podcast! So thank you from the bottom of my heart for being a voice for so many of us! You give us hope! Finding freedom in the war with food, society and these unrealistic expectations of being brain washed to look a certain way. It’s a process to say the least! But so worth it. Thank you again. Terri ❤️

sarah09062007Absolutely life changingI am only on episode 10 and I am already so thankful for the information and comfort. I have been struggling for over a decade and I have now scheduled my call for the class and have a notebook full of good notes and helpful affirmations to get me through. Definitely recommend!
-
b__bb88999Helping me a lotThis podcast is real and uplifting. Unlike a lot of one sided advice I’ve gotten about binge eating, Jessi’s multidimensional approach is helping me back to sanity and to myself.
-
LovinmyhusbandLife changing!I’ve struggled with bingeing for 20 years. I’d try different things to stop and They never lasted. Jessi’s way of thinking about overeating is so gracious and spot on. I’ve learned strategies from her podcast that have been so effective and I finally feel myself healing for good. Listen and relisten!
-
angwbower1971Thank you!Love love love this!! ❤️
-
Priya CBSo happy I found this podcast!Every girl/woman that has struggled with binge eating or might not even know they are binge eating and struggle with eating habits needs to hear this podcast. Jessi is so kind and gentle in her approach to educate her listeners but in a proactive way. She has been through the struggle herself and is on the other side, this gives so much hope to people that want to be on that side.
-
Tam4him70So relatable!I am a 50 year old woman who has had issues with weight and food since I was a teen. It has really come to a head lately and I am so glad I found this podcast. Literally every episode so far has me nodding my head in amazement because Jessi has gone through the some of the same situations. I now have hope that I can reach my goal of freedom from food anxiety!!
-
haley.raymer805Yes, there’s still hope 🤍From someone who has literally tried EVERYTHING to lose weight, and struggled her entire adult life with food & body issues, randomly finding this podcast has truly changed my life. Because it’s not about the weight, it never was. And Jessi so eloquently takes you through true healing and recovery. I cannot thank her enough for this podcast as well as the Food Freedom Program! When you think there’s no more hope, give this podcast a listen 🤍
-
avheatherimSomeone gets it… finally!I’m going to be honest, guys. I first saw her on Tik Tok, and thought, “What can this skinny lady possibly know about binge eating?” Was I ever wrong. I am 7 episodes in, and everything just makes sense. I always knew these concepts, but never knew how to act on them or how to sort out my thoughts around them. I’ve had countless doctors and medical professionals offer me appetite suppressants or offer to send me to nutritionists to “check a box”. I’ve always known these were NOT the heart of my issue. For Jessi to articulate everything about binge and disordered eating, so smartly, so sweetly, in such a REAL and VULNERABLE way, is honestly more validating than I can ever put to words. I would give 50 stars if it was an option.
-
melissadehneAnd answer to prayerI stumbled upon this podcast through a single TikTok video of Jessi wiggling around to avoid a binge. It caught my attention and I looked up this podcast. I am only one episode in and already know God was hearing my cry for His provision in this area of my life. I have overcome binge eating once before and am in another season of relapse and struggle. Jessi is encouraging and down to earth and I’m excited to keep listening! Thank you, Jessi, for following your calling and helping us all know we aren’t alone in this! 🖤

Jack LesherGrace & WisdomI was first introduced to Jesse when she was a guest on Annie Grace’s Podcast, This Naked Mind. I immediately checked out this podcast after listening to that interview. I was intrigued! I started with Jesse’s first episode as an intro. I’ve now listened to a handful and have to commend her for what she’s doing!! I listened to the episode about the balance between “intuitive eating” & “having health/fitness goals”. That really resonated with me! I also have listened to her episode on “Morning Routines” and couldn’t agree more!!! I too once declared, “I’m just not a morning person.” However, my life has been transformed by adopting a morning routine almost 20 years ago! Life changing! I am a Registered Dietitian and have worked through my own “food issues” over the years. I am finally at a place of peace. I appreciate the information Jesse shares and she does it in such a grace-giving way. I applaud you, Jesse! I will continue to follow your podcast and have already recommended it to others!
-
Kiki DomFear EpisodeI listened to the fear of failure episode while I working out! Found it very helpful! Reframing fear! And reclaiming the bravery and courage instead.
-
Lori aka Tug's momA beacon of hope!First review I have every done on a podcast—this one is life changing for those that struggle with their relationship with food and body. Jesse is so insightful, using science to change behavior. She also is very vulnerable and shares her struggles in a way that makes it ok for you to share yours. Also very to the point with actionable ways to change behavior without having to listen to a lot of theory and excess information. I just started her food freedom masterclass and it is absolutely empowering! I so appreciate Jesse and her team for giving true help to those struggling.
-
Isabelle52A wonderful podcast!Jessi’s podcast always helps me when I am having a difficult day. MamaWillowThis podcast is like free therapy. Jessie is the BEST.I can’t tell you how wonderful this podcast is. It really is like sitting with your best friend, and chatting about life. You can FEEL how much Jessie REALLY cares about you, and WANTS to see YOU have freedom from your issues around food. I’m on episode 11 in one week. I am absolutely tempted to take her food freedom master class. If there is three things in life I love, it’s psychology, and helping people. She is the master at both of these things.
-
shel lynIN LOVEThis is my new favorite podcast. I love it so much! Jessi is amazing and has such a grounded, practical approach to life, health, and growth. Her voice and general presence is also very soothing; it’s like putting on your pajamas and curling up in a blanket after a long day. Highly recommend.

Sam R CCant Stop Listening! This is my first time writing a review but I felt it needed to be done after listening to episode 104 with Cameron Rogers. I practically listened to that whole podcast with my mouth hanging open in shock. That episode resonated with me so much i was shocked that Cameron and Jessi could possibly feel the same way I do. I felt so understood and I cant thank you enough for helping me not feel so alone in the way I think and feel! My heart cant express enough gratitude to the both of you!
