Empowering, Educational, and a Must-Listen for All Women
This podcast has been an absolute game-changer in my journey through perimenopause. It’s not just informative but deeply validating, offering education and empowerment in every episode. The conversations are raw, relatable, and refreshingly honest—something every woman navigating this phase of life needs. It has helped me feel seen and supported, reminding me that I’m not alone in this journey. A must-listen for all women, whether you’re going through peri or menopause or simply want to understand and prepare for it. Highly recommended!

    Forever Grateful!
I was drowning and barely surviving and Dr Newson pulled me out from the water! One of the first episodes I listened to was Dr Hannah Ward describing her postpartum journey and it was like listening, for the first time, someone validating that antidepressants had not been working for the past 15 years NOT because of me being treatment resistant but because hormones were the root cause! I have since listened to countless episodes, shared with others and started HT that saved my life. Forever grateful and hopeful that one day I can fly across the pond to shake your hand in person!

    Thank you!
I’m so grateful to have this information - this is so necessary because the medical establishment isn’t prepared to help women like me navigate menopause effectively. We need to advocate for ourselves until the old method of ignoring women’s issues is left in the dustbin of history. What an amazing podcast.

Episode 38 made me want to cry…
From the relief I felt when I learned there are medical professionals who understand about these issues that me and other menopausal women have been dealing with. For 6 months, I have been trying to figure out what is wrong with me! Feelings of insignificance for the first time in my life. Muscle and joint aches. MASSIVE BRAIN FOG. Fatigue. NO LIBIDO! It is such a relief to know that there are professionals out there who understand and are doing something to help us women with low testosterone. Thank you for this and for your podcast to get the info out there. Great podcast!

    Good podcast
I think this is a very good podcast but.... I would like to see some discussions on side effects women may have when on HRT- especially when starting - it’s frustrating for those of us that do have side effects so would like some podcasts on this - thank u .
