LoveThisPodcast!💘I love this podcast!I love it so much! I’m a mom whose been married for 16 years. I love that Julie and Gina are grownups who know about what it’s like to have kids and be in long term relationships. The issues they speak to feel relevant to me. I love their playful attitudes and their obvious passion for their topics. Listening to them helps keep my fire burning and I’m so so grateful for them! Have shared with so many friends, and my partner!! ❤️🔥
-
theDanItOne of the best podcasts I’ve listened toI discovered this podcast on accident and it truly is so good that I have shared it with all my friends… even shared it with my server at dinner last night! I think everyone, single or not, can benefit from this podcast. It really has helped me create a self awareness around my needs and desires in a way I didn’t really think I needed. I also have really enjoyed working through the workbooks with my partner. We’ve already learned quite a bit about each other.

Kereru1979The Absolute Best!!Julie and Gina are geniuses who have opened my eyes and helped me be more compassionate to myself and others. They talk about sex and relationships in such a down-to-earth, practical, and kind way. I have learned so much. I honestly feel like they took me by the hand and gently guided me to understand and accept my sexuality and intimacy in relationships…They have given me tools and ways of thinking I would never otherwise have had. (I was one of those people who only had very rudimentary sex ed in the 90s, and went on to be an adult with very little sexual experience who never really shared her desires with her partners.) They also both have awesome laughs. Listen to this podcast and feel better!!!

JMilo2000the “can’t put it down” for podcasts.Julie and Gina, This podcast is my safety blanket! Y’all have created the most fulfilling podcast. Your content makes me feel completely heard and validated in so many ways. I wait every week for the new episodes. Thank you for all your amazing work. ❤️

river524Swooning over Swoon!I *think* I’ve now finally listened to every episode, and I don’t regret a minute! This is absolutely my favorite relationship therapy podcast, and I’m loving the Patreon community as well!
-
ZenveggieLove the positive sex affirmations and verbiage!I follow Jeff on TT (Jeff is the best and so funny, love when he calls people turds!) which brought me to Swoon (and the wonderful Julie and Gina). I am in love🥰. All these episodes are so helpful and reassuring. I love the additional resource links on therapy den. Having the clickable link is so ease rather than relistening to the podcast when I have avalibility (or worse forgetting to get the link). I haven’t had such a wonderful program to listen to since Love Phone, a mid 90’s NYC sex radioshow (with Judy Kuriansky and Sam the milkman) That show started my love for all knowledge of sex and relationships and now I get to rediscover that love with Swoon. I am grateful I found Swoon, the show is helping me grow and discover more about me. Thank you Jeff, Julie and Gina ❤️
-
TallicedlatteSo much personal growth!I discovered Swoon because of Therapy Dan (j/k Jeff) from TikTok but I stayed for Julie and Gena! I have since listened to the entire back catalog of episodes and wow! I feel like I’ve gotten a masters degree in how to be a human. Thank you, thank you, thank you ladies! I’m so glad you still feel passionately about the podcast and are continuing after hiatus. 10 stars 🤩

reoliveira1Love all of them but…I love Julie, Gina end Jeff together but it’s such a shame he left. I am a huge fan of Jeff and I find very sad he is paring with Sarah rice instead. I like his new podcast but I don’t think she is as good of a pairing compared to Julie and Gina. By far I preferred the three of them together bc it’s was more natural and it had a great energy. I hope Jeff comes back but I will continue to support Swoon bc I also love the girls. 🧡

Just JeffJulie and Gina are simply the best. How is this not the most popular podcast in the world??? Julie and Gina are so funny, so smart and so kind. Even if I wanted to find something wrong with this podcast I wouldn’t be able to. Literally any relationship question you could have has been answered by their deep catalog of episodes. Somehow every time I listen it’s like the content was specifically tailored made for me. 13/10. Must listen! Highly recommend. I’m in love!
-
STLgal76TherapyJeffI’ve just found the podcast but have been following TherapyJeff on TikTok for months. Thanks for your content. It’s never too late for this 60+ person in the dating pool to learn about myself and how I can relate better to a partner. Thanks!
-
1123OTruly a delight!Oh my goodness, 11/10 would recommend! If you are a fan of @therapyjeff, you are in for an absolute treat. This podcast brings you all the great advice and humor that you find on his Insta/TikTok, but you get to enjoy it all in the longer form of the podcast, and without the censorship that comes with those platforms. This podcast is incredibly informative, thought-provoking, and is a delight to listen to. And while I wasn’t aware of Gina and Julie prior to listening to this podcast, I’m now a big fan. Thank you Jeff, Gina, and Julie for the important work you do! I am so grateful to have found this podcast.
-
dawnie_sunshineDroppin GemsI was elated to find this podcast thanks to Jeff Guenther’s Instagram account @therapyjeff. (P.S. love his posts!!) He along with Gina and Julie offer such great advice about communication, attachment styles, and normalizing relationship lows! We are all human and feeling our way through! Much gratitude for the work you do!
-

Thank you thank you! I have a podcast as well titled “Build The Machine” and would LOVE to get you on it, however, I’m not sure how to get in contact with you. My Instagram is JayAsh413 😎

jillystukesSmart truth fireworksThis show always gets me thinking! Thanks Julie, Gina, and Jeff for bringing these topics to us, and with such love and hope for better things in all our lives.
-
jennehooverIt doesn’t get betterIt has been so cool to see this podcast evolve and widen to encompass all kinds of life experiences in which communication can be awkward and we might have trouble speaking our hearts and minds and maintaining boundaries too. Gina and Julie strike a balance between earnest and playful, listening to them is comforting and inspiring. I don’t consistently listen to many shows but I am devoted to Swoon!
-
FjejcjsosnjsidbfjdkakLOVEThis podcast is an amazing, safe space to explore relationships and learn. The hosts are among the most kind and empathetic people, and the way they approach these conversations and pull apart universal truths make the episodes even better. I’m obsessed :)
-
Charlz LynnSomething for everyone and every momentThis show is such a treasure! Whether you are in a romantic relationship and you live with your partner, or you live separately, or you date around, or you’re single right now, or even if you live in a cave all by yourself and speak to no one… there’s something here for you. Gina and Julie offer incredible resources that apply to every kind of relationship, even your relationship to yourself. Some episodes have even helped me strengthen my relationship with my kid and friends. I can’t recommend highly enough.
-
RosieLu22Great showLove the diversity of perspectives thatGina, Julie, and Jeff offer. Kind-hearted and open advice. Love the call-in episodes!
-
blueberrymamaA wellspring of AwesomesauceListening to Gina and Julie and Jeff since 2019 has been transformational for me in the way I think about communication and relationships. As a total bonus to the content, it is so fun to listen to them speak with clarity and candor and joy with one another. Great, great stuff here! Many thanks for the work you do and for sharing it with the world.
-
bobaandleelooSo good!I’ve known Julie for several years and have loved her morning musings she shares on Instagram during her “sensual walks.” So I started tuning into Swoon on my own sensual morning dog walk and it has been such a wonderful addition to my routine! Something about starting the day with Julie and Gina’s warmth and energy is so invigorating. I love that there’s not really any continuity with the episodes, so I can bounce around based on what I need to hear in that moment (do not skip Boundaries with Pixie Lighthorse, or the Holiday Boundaries episodes!) Thanks for sharing your wealth of knowledge and experience in a way that is so accessible, Julie, Gina, and Therapy Dan 😉
-
SweetCC10Helpful healingThis podcast has brought me some healing in the 10~ episodes that I have heard. I look forward to listening more to this podcast. Thank you Julie, Jeff, & Gina.

stephanieq13Amazing information in an approachable and fun podcast!I’ve learned so much from this podcast, and I sincerely look forward to every new episode that comes. This is helping apply so many therapy concepts and being smarter about how I approach relationships and sex. I love how Julie and Gina approach all these subjects, and am a huge fan!!

Seth15994267New Listener!Come from Jeff’s TikTok content, stay for the warm, affirming environment Julie and Gina are so great at cultivating. They 100% have made an episode for you, go find it!
-
mmacnamThoughtful and fun episodesI recently started listening to Swoon after coming across Jeff’s TikTok. I’m a huge fan of the content so far and can’t wait to binge the rest of the episodes. I find myself really reflecting on Julie and Gina’s perspectives after each episode I listen to. I especially like the episodes with Jeff and find his insights very helpful.
-
remy_themMy Monday favorite!I really appreciate the time and effort put into this podcast. I eagerly wait new episodes each week. Julia and Gina open up conversation about sex and sexuality in a open and shame-free way. I do also enjoy the times where Jeff stops by. The dynamic between the 3 of them is so playful.
-
Becky503Love the hostsLove the hosts Julie and Gina. This podcast is a brave space but for whatever reason their male guest gives me weird vibes, his comments are sometimes creepy and off putting, no offense! Update: I stand by what I said; I recognize that therapists are humans and have opinions (strong ones), but imagining his clients possibly hearing the the way he speaks on certain topics during the show gives me second-hand embarrassment. To Julie & Gina - thank you for keeping the brave space for your tried and true listeners!
-
#Not_a_DR-Tracy#notBECKY and I LOVE JEFF!Jeff is a great addition and ads a great additional point of view, just because he isn’t Becky’s cup of tea the rest of us love him and both of you ladies! #teamJeff!
-
TamiHackbarthHanging Out With Really Smart FriendsGina and Julie make conversations about sex easy breezy. Feels like I am hanging out with friends who want the best for me. Added June 2021: all that is still true. I adore these two.
-
bexnix76Entertaining and informative!Love listening to you two (plus Jeff!)! You do such a great job informing about and destigmatizing sex - and you sound like you have a lot of fun! Keep up the great work!
-
potatoesforbreakfastLife-changing ideas in a hilarious and useful formatThis podcast has had a profound effect on my relationship. We have a management meeting every week since listening to the episode about household equity and it has CHANGED. THE. GAME. Julie and Gina are the best. We love the podcast and listen often!
-
Authenicity seekerInsightful and enjoyableJust a joy to listen to these knowledgeable professionals. They absolutely normalize topics in relationships that can be tough in a society that does not always set us up for relationship success. I have learned much about myself and more about my partnership. Gina and Julie are quite different and yet come together to share their best in a true synergy.
-
AcksgirlPractical and actionableJulie and Gina get specific about the core challenges couples face when they’re trying to create a connecting partnership. From how to divide household labor to how to find a perfect gift for your sweetie(s) Julie and Gina have excellent questions and activities to take your relationship to the next level. They also talk about the difficult things that arrive in relationship like grief, trauma and jealousy. I wish I had this show when I first started dating 10 years ago.
-
Yackie MarieMy favorite show this year!I have absolutely fell in love with this podcast! Its like a warm blanket on a Sunday morning. I love how insightful and useful this podcast is as a therapist and as a human. I’ve actually assigned episodes to my clients to deepen their healing. And the best part- it’s FUNNY! Not dry like some other therapy-y shows. Thank you so much Julie and Gina!! You brighten my week!
-
amandajoliegallSwooning Over Swoon!I’m pretty sure that phrase has been said before, but I love this podcast and am trying to be silly to get your attention. Anyway, Julie and Gina make a great team and I love how natural their conversations feel. They’re also both genuinely excited to be doing this work and they make me hopeful for my place in my future therapy practice. I’d love to hear more about: 1) queer relationships that are cis- and straight- passing, 2) crushes on your friends while in relationships (do you bring it up?), 3) trauma/dissociation/old memories coming up while having sex with a safe, loving partner, aaaaand 4) gendered jealousy (why am I jealous of my partner’s female friends and exes but not the male ones?) Bonus points if you guys see this and talk about advice for applying to a MFT grad program and how it feels to be in one :) I definitely have recommended y’all to everyone I am close to :) Please don’t be like Jeff and suddenly stop recording <3 Y’all make me swoon!
-
QuackynoodlesNailing it!I’ve listened to lots of relationship podcasts and yours is the best I’ve come across. It’s the sweet spot of psychology, non-traditional relating and just wise advice. Since you read all of these here is a fun and funny bit of feedback... I love how much you are into each other. You LOVE the ideas coming out of the others mouth. If I ever just want a giggle, I imagine it’s not a conversation on a podcast—it’s hot sex. Reframe this response to Gina talking, “oooh, yes! Yes, yes. Keep going! Oh, that’s good. That’s it! Yes, oh, that’s good. Ooo, ooo, yes...” and the orgasmic enthusiasm rolls on. We should all all enjoy conversation with each other as much as you do. 😝. And more seriously, thank you for your good work in the world.
-
noodies03LOVEI am so happy this podcast exists. Gina and Julie are a joy to listen to, and super helpful and relatable. I don’t get hooked on many podcasts, but this one had me immediately. Who couldn't use more pleasure and connection?!
-
plighthorseDelivers the Goods!Swoon podcasts normalize....everything sex and pleasure (between consenting adults) and has opened up new worlds for me. The short talks are easy to listen to on quick commutes and every single one lifts my spirits and reminds me to prioritize pleasure and helps me be IN MY BODY. So grateful. Thank you!
-
niallen3Hilarious and supportiveThis podcast has really helped me improve my communication skills with not only my partner, but co-workers and family, too.
-
PatB223Informative and inspiringAs a prelicensed sex therapist, I found this podcast to be incredibly helpful and supportive. Listening to your show felt like having a portable consult group. Excited to dig into your past episodes! And congrats on hitting 100 :)
-
Sam4491A new favoriteThis is such an informative and entertaining podcast. As someone who is both a counseling student and a human being, I have found so much value in what Julie and Gina have to say. Plus they are just fun to listen to!
-
justwantloveandtrustGood InformationI love how open they are on this podcast! I have learned so much just listening to them. It’s very eye opening to hear things from all sides.
-
NlclarksPleasure, connection, and joyWhen I mentioned I’d been listening to a lot of podcasts on walks, my therapist asked me which podcasts I was listening to, and this is the first one I mentioned. I enjoyed Swoon very much before the COVID crisis, but it has been extra great to listen to Julie and Gina talk about pleasure and connection in their joyful way while navigating isolation.
-
BL3PayneAbsolute adorationI absolutely adore this podcast. It’s full of frank conversations that we all should be having in our lives. Julie and Gina are two of my internet trusted agents, validating my feelings on topics I don’t even dare to broach with my bestest of friends. Whenever I listen to an episode, I feel seen and heard. Thank you Julie and Gina!
-
App newbieSo helpful! There are a lot of relationship podcasts. What I love about Julie and Gina is how they cover such a vast number of topics in such a relatable way. They manage to keep a welcome sense of levity, even with the more serious subjects. It makes it not feel so depressing! I think the way they talk about relationships - particularly the struggles - is incredibly validating. Keep up the great work, ladies!
