    Authentic and insightful
As someone who’s new to animism, this podcast has been a real gift. Fil and Nathan do a great job explaining concepts in ways that are easy to understand, and illustrate those explanations with lots of raw and authentic stories. That might be what I like most about this podcast—both teachers are gifted storytellers with fascinating experiences to share, and offer those stories in a way that really reveals what it means to live as an animist. I’ve learned a lot listening to and reflecting on their words, and hope that they’ll continue to share stories, reflections, and insights.

    Thank you
As someone who finds the most fulfilling practices and philosophy in animism, I hunger for conversation and thoughts from others who also feel drawn to it. Thank you for sharing your thoughts and knowledge with us. Fills up my heart.

Learning to come into relationship with the more than human world
I am more deeply learning to understand the key to building a relationship with the natural world because of this stellar podcast. Fil and Nathan’s connection to, knowledge of, and affinity for the natural world shine through each episode as they expound on the intricacies of nature and how we, among the human world, can come into relationship with it. I find that after I listen to this podcast I look at the beings around me differently, more deeply. Great storytelling, philosophical discourse, and overall exploration of the topic of humankind’s place in and among the world and all of its wonderful beings.
