    Payment options
It is EXTREMELY SAD- that a resource that used to be free now has a subscription fee to listen to the older podcasts. Mind you I found this channel over a year ago and all those recordings used to be free. It is so sad seeing you bought over by a company. It is no longer about the cause but for the profit.

    What happened?
I’m not sure if it’s always been this way, but the cost for subscription is not accessible! Pre meds already pay so much to prepare for medical school. It’s ridiculous to charge for this.

    Sooooooo Practical and entertaining!
This podcast is one of the best accesory study tools EVER made for auditory learners/ podcasters. I can be efficient learning in the car or at the gym. Sam explains the topics in such a way that helps reinforce what I’ve already exposed myself to, and it can help guide my studying later. I recommend this to everyone as an ADDITIONAL resource to doing practice problems and stuff (you can’t ever replace that haha).

    Outstanding
If I can give this show 528 stars I would. Sam is an absolute legend. Highly recommend integrating into you MCAT study routine.

    Love the show
Love the show, but i miss the old intro. I understand that you’re wanting to plug medschoolcoach, but that intro doesn’t have that warm feeling anymore. Sam, i appreciate the content and i never miss an episode.

    Super clutch !!!!
This podcast is so amazing. One of the most helpful resources to supplement my content review but also adds in additional details I may have missed. Easiest way to reinforce concepts while driving and it also helps mix up types of studying to prevent burnout :,)

    Perfect for commutes and workouts
Thanks man. As a non trad knowing I’m competing with people who have been pushed to be drs since birth, it’s something I think is giving me an edge for bio specifically.

    Perfect study tool
Accurate, amusing, concise. A perfect way to reinforce concepts with another repetition while studying for the MCAT.

    Non-traditional student
As a non traditional student, I found this podcast series to be extremely helpful. I am a 36 year old father of five with multiple degrees in healthcare. I decided to pick up my dream of being a doctor after I became a nurse and I listened to this podcast every morning on the way to work and every evening after work. It helped me prepare for the mcat and definitely recommend viewers, who are looking into applying to medical school, to check out this series…

One of the Best MCAT Resources
I have been listening to this podcast since last year and it was the most simple yet effective way to do content review. I listen to them whenever I do chores or driving or even right before I go to bed. Please keep them posting!!!

    Great content
So glad to have found this podcast. Super helpful to be able to listen to this while I’m working in the lab or in the car! Studying for the MCAT while juggling a variety of other obligations (like multiple jobs) is rough and this makes it easier! I only didn’t give 5 stars because I was disappointed to find that the first few episodes are no longer available :(

    great podcast!!
one of my top resources i am using to study for the mcat!! and the stuff that sam talks abt in the podcasts correlate w the topics in the kaplan mcat 2021-2022 books! A great resource and have recommended it to all my premed friends that are taking the mcat soon - they love it too :)

EPITOME of summing up important info
Sam does an AMAZING job of getting to the nitty gritty of what us premeds need to know. I found it especially helpful because he’ll use funny metaphors to get concepts across.

    Love the content
Love the content, I find it more helpful than just going over practice questions. Only critique: Please speak up and enunciate! Sam is always mumbling and speaking quietly making me turn it way up which blasts my ear drums whenever an ad or theme music comes on.

Good for more than just MCAT
I’m a chemistry PhD student preparing for my qualifying exam, and this podcast has been super helpful for reviewing chem and biochem basics. It’s great that I can study by listening while working in lab. I would recommend it to anyone who needs to brush up on the basics before an exam.

Great Way to Reinforce MCAT Topics
Sam does an AMAZING job explaining some of the toughest topics on the MCAT. He always provides real-life examples and tries to make them fun so they are easy to remember too! Highly recommend listening to this podcast as you prepare for the MCAT.

    Pretty Good
Lots of good info. It would be a little better if they laid off on the curse words. I know we're all adults here, but it hurts their professionality a little bit. Other than that, it is great!

    Should be a required podcast
This is the best MCAT podcast ever and honestly, it should be required to listen to it in school when first learning these subjects. I’ve had good teachers but never this good (and mind you, this is without any visual aids AND I’m a terrible listener.) But I just put on an episode in the car, while I’m taking a walk, in the shower, wherever and jot down important themes and notes afterwards. It’s really helped me simplify and make sense of my study books. If I kill it on the MCAT, I should pay Sam for his help!
  • andieellison
    Thank you!!
I am loving this podcast, just wish I would have found it sooner! I listen to an episode every morning when I get ready for the day. Super easy to follow along with. The analogies are very creative and make the topics relatable and memorable
  • m_a_c_2_7
    Informative
Sam really does a great job of teaching in an enthusiastic, yet chill manner, and shows an excellent understanding of the subject matter by breaking down complex concepts and teaching them in an easy-to-understand, fun and memorable way.

    An amazing find
I started listening to this on my drive home when moving back after the semester ended and I’m beyond thankful for finding it! I love to take drives whenever I’m feeling stressed and like to take a drive as a study break and this has been amazing to listen to during those drives!

    BOMB REVIEW
This is hands down the best MCAT review podcast. Clear, concise, great examples and easy to follow along to.

    Fantastic MCAT review
Sam, you’re awesome. I work full time at a hospital that’s about an hour away from my apartment and university, so I’m limited on my study time. But listening to your podcast has greatly reinforced my content knowledge and made studying for the MCAT 100x easier! Thank you!

    Amazing Podcast
Sam Smith has executed each and every one of his podcast episodes, and I’m so grateful I stumbled upon it. His delivery on content is entertaining, yet informative, so you’re actually enjoying yourself while learning. He doesn’t just spit out facts, but also integrates an application component which I find critical and helpful. I think it’s worth a listen for any premeds out there! Sam Smith, you’re the GOAT.

    CARS episode
I listened to this one today and it really made me realize what I need to do to approach this section. I did a practice passage and got all correct by applying the steps that were talked about in the show. I hope I can start seeing improvement in my cars practice and score.

    Solid review
I appreciate Sam putting this information in audio and I think he does well explaining topics and transitioning. Someone mentioned it’s similar to review book but that’s what I appreciate, it’s solid review. I’ll recommend it and thanks Sam!

    Valuable MCAT resource
Love this podcast. Super helpful to listen to content for the MCAT rather than just reading and watching videos. Helps encoding maybe? Very straightforward and has some neat mnemonics and tips to remember stuff. Thanks for the podcast!
