    Great, clean entertainment
I’m in my 40’s but I love classic TV/movies, & music. I came across this podcast while searching for content about Esther Williams, and listened to the Bob Hope episode featuring her. I was hooked! I walk every morning or evening and always listen to BH. It’s wonderful to find more content that won’t pollute my mind with vulgar & inappropriate language/images. Thank you so much, Ron, for all of your hard work to keep these shows available to us. I also enjoy the little biographical snippets about the guest stars that play after each episode.

    Love this
I love these comedy shows. Especially Life of Riley, My Favorite Husband and The Aldrich family. It helps bring my mind to a place where the world was still sane. Im in my early 40s and these shows truly help get my thoughts out of the doldrums of our world today. Thank you so much

    Solid Entertainment
Really appreciate and enjoy Ron’s hard work on the show…his dedication shows through! Note — I don’t know Ron and only found the show looking for old Bob Hope shows. Thanks Ron!

Al Jolson’s guest appearance was powerful!!!
Bob Hope’s Pepsodent radio show was top notch with supporting players like Jerry Collona, Vera Vague and band leader, Desi Arnaz. The jokes and one liners came fast and furious and the highlight was Al Jolson’s powerful performance promoting “The Jolson Story” (Col, 1946). Jolson proved why he was the rage of 1947. All in all a very entertaining half hour.

    Loving the classics
I really enjoy this podcast, especially the My Favorite Husband series. The podcaster is finding episodes of MFH I’ve never been able to find in archives before. Hope you are on the mend, been thinking about you!

    Wonderful Comedy
I love how this show is entirely comedy, as opposed to suspense, or a mix of suspense and a bit of comedy. I love comedies...I grew up watching Lucille Ball. She has always been my favorite actress, so when I finally found this show, I was thrilled. My personal favorite show is My Favorite Husband-even the old Jell-O ads are pretty fun. All the other shows are wonderful as well. Overall this is a wonderful family show, especially for the nostalgic types.

    Love the show
I love that you play only the comedies. Other old time radio show podcasts play just a few comedies and many suspense, detective and dramatic shows. I want to relax and laugh. Keep it up!

    Love!
I absolutely love listening to these programs, especially My Favorite Husband as I’m a huge I Love Lucy fan. I’m a nerd for anything antique and vintage so these are a great in the car and playing in my 1930s era house! I was definitely born in the wrong decade!

    Fun podcast
I really like these old programs. For their age they don’t seem “old” somehow. Well written. As far as the music intro, i have no problem keeping it.

    Well........
It's not bad but it's a little annoying how I can not find a single podcast without a intro I wish it had NO INTRO!!Please no intro and who thinks the jello commercial is very weird??
