This has the roleplay of a movie, the action of a high stakes call of duty match, and yet the comedy of Jerry Seinfeld. It has made me cheer, cry, and laugh so hard my family wonders what the heck is wrong with me.

This is great! I love how the players interact with each other. They do good off a lot though 🫤. One thing I’ve noticed is that the characters level REALLY slowly. 50 episodes in and they are level 3 still. For contrast, in another pod I listen to with the same length episodes they are level 3 by episode 8! In another (with longer episodes) they’re level 3 by episode 6! Overall great, can’t wait to hear the end and start the next series.

I’ve listened to a lot of D&D podcasts and I gotta say this is easily one of the best I’ve ever heard! I really enjoyed the deep dive conversation into the combat of campaigns and the discussion of the choices on the journey on each continent. These guys really break down the reason why they made their decisions which makes this specific podcast particularly unique! If you are into D&D it’s an absolute hidden gem and must add to your playlist! Fantastic audio and cast! Looking forward to continuing my binge!

This podcast is amazing! this is just the family friendly 5th edition Dungeons and dragons podcast I needed. I found This podcast when The podcast I was currently waiting For the latest episode if the current podcast I was listening to and, Man was it taking a long time so I just went around looking for D&D podcasts and almost all of the podcasts were labeled Explicit. Then I found this one, A diamond in the rough so I started the first episode and I was shocked at how good it was So I listened to the first ten episodes and Then I wrote this review. I am currently listening to the eleventh episode and loving it Keep up the good work guys!

This is most likely one of the only podcast where people play DND and isn’t explicit! 😱 Not only that, but I also enjoyed it a lot! Listen, you know it’s good if it got high reviews and it’s family friendly. It’s VERY rare to find a DND podcast like that! I’ve been playing DND for about 5 years now (Dungeon Master for baisically 98% of that time 😅), and just recently, I’ve been slowly quitting the game. But ever since I spotted this very same podcast, it brought me to my “A” game to DND and at this point, I will never stop playing for decades to come! 😁 By the way: this podcast is EXTREMELY hilarious! 🤣 So if your reading this for the sake of checking reviews so if you think this podcast is interesting to you or not, I highly recommend to give it a try! Long time listener, first time rarer. After 165 episodes, this review is long over due! If you’re looking for a D&D actual play podcast that you can listen to with you’re kids, you’ve found it. The story is fun and the cast is amazing. I can help to smile at all the crazy shenanigans Shaba, Tokas, and Azlo get into. It’s well produced and I feel like the cast pride themselves on the little details (the background noises during each scene are an amazing touch). If you haven’t given a listen yet, you are doing yourself a disservice. And to the team at the Damage Guild, may the shoulder of the Ram Lord forever be at your back and all your rolls be natty twenzos! ;)

I believe that this D n D podcast is one of the better podcasts I listen to (only one I listen to) the only way I could see it getting better is another player/ character this would change the tides in all of the damage guild podcast. I’ve been listening to this podcast since 2020 and it’s helped me through so many hard times. The triple A team never fails to make me smile! It’s family friendly but that definitely doesn’t take anything away from it. I’m exited to see where the story goes and hope the community continues to grow :D PS: I’m kinda sad they took away the mid rolls :(

It is very amusing and has a excellent plot. The characters are hilarious, but the DM does a great job of making it run smoothly. It is also very family friendly. I would highly recommend it.

It took a long time but finally found a great, clean, D&D podcast to learn about how the game worked. A lot of the other podcasts in the genre are filled with filth.

I’ve listened to this all the way through about 3 times now. It brings back memories of reading adventurous books in my early teens. Full of witty, wholesome humor. With a sprinkling of dad jokes. I find that I really love the recording quality and the smaller group. I tend to get confused about who is who in larger podcast groups. Also, their jokes, voices and sometimes sound effects don’t feel forced or try-hard as they do in some other podcasts. All in all, 10s across the board. Highly recommend it. Could even use it for family story time.

Amazingly funny

I enjoy the show, enjoy the stories and individually I like the characters. However sometimes in combat in particular, all of the players make decisions for one character’s actions.Not only does it take away some of the role playing that each player would do, but it makes the combat drag on much longer than it should be sometimes. Thane tries to get them on track but hard to do sometimes.
