    Loved your episode on menopause- I have listened to hundreds of shows on this topic but in less than 15 minutes I learned so much and feel more hopeful and less lost and confused! Thank you for sharing your expertise in such a friendly down to earth practical manner! We are living up to 30 years beyond what our bodies are meant to in a state that feels so awful we need tools in order to survive feeling Comfort in our own skin!

I love that she brings on guests to talk about a multitude of topics in the health and wellness sphere!     Dr. Beth is so authentic and helpful! She has truly changed my life. Started listening to the podcast just over a year ago & implemented many tips.     Beth is not knowledgeable on Dutch test yet she says she is I personally had a consultation with her and after we hung up I couldn’t stop crying because I was even more confused then before it took me a year after that to find the right practitioner.

    I am truly grateful for this podcast. Dr. Beth has helped me understand my body better when it comes to my hormones. I am in Peri menopause and gliding through pretty easily because of Dr. Beth. I learned about the Dutch test through her and I got the test and the simple recommendations she gave me made a significant difference. Sometimes it’s just a few tweaks that can make all the difference. I highly recommend everyone get the Dutch test to understand your hormones better.

    Please just let the guest speak and stop saying “yes” every 3 seconds or UH HUH.or RIGHT( yes, yep, yup! Just stop. It’s very annoying and literally impossible to get through the episode. Please just let the guest talk!!!!

    Good content needs improvement
    The content of the show is good, however the host seems less prepared than I would like to see. There are many quiet brakes between host and guest that seem like they are unsure of themselves. It makes it seem as though the host is wanting the conversation to proceed towards an outcome, but is unsure of where that is. Host also REPEATEDLY says “yeah, yeah, yeah”. Please watch repeating words over and over because the content is good, but it is extremely difficult to listen to. Makes me want to go to another podcast to find similar content. Hope this review helps to improve your cast.
