CavemanLawyerGreat trial podcastIt’s been some time since I’ve tried a case and I have a few likely to go soon. This podcast has helped me remember why I became a trial lawyer in the first place, reconnect with my experience, and has helped me convert anxiety to action. A big thank you to Michael and guests.

AshLBJury selection opportunityCaring about the people around you sometimes means wearing a mask - people wear masks for reasons other than being worried that they might get sick themself. Y’all are missing out on jurors that could be great for your clients because you aren't asking why. Bridge the gap y'all - let's help justice be less political and more civil.

whodatmarioFantasticI just started listening to this podcast and am upset that it took me this long to do so. Michael is very knowledgeable and the guests he invites on to share their stories are knowledgeable also. As a practicing attorney, I find this podcast to be helpful to my everyday journey. Big Rig Justice is great too; a must read!

Rdh008Great PodcastAs a young Plaintiff’s trial lawyer this podcast is one of my absolute favorites. Michael, Delisi, Mallory, and team are the real deal. The podcast episodes are always packed with great material/guests but they are also willing to respond to emails and answer questions. Recommend this podcast to any and all Plaintiff lawyers of any age or background.

SashaGillInsightful Perspective on Real-Life Trial IssuesI’ve been listening for a long time and feel like I know Michael, Delisi, Malorie and the rest of the team!! I truly enjoy Michael’s thoughtful, introspective discussion of his trial experiences, hearing about his own journey learning to trust the jury, and all of the accomplished and equally-forthcoming guests they have on for insightful conversation about the joys, sorrows and pitfalls of litigation. Thank you, Michael and team!!

michaelriceI wish I had this podcast 10 years agoWarning: this podcast may make you excited to practice law again. I’m not a personal injury attorney, but it doesn’t matter. Listening to Michael, Delisi, and his guests talk about their passion, focus, and enthusiasm for their work is infectious. You need this podcast in your iPhone.

jhdjrhdijIt’s like going out to lunch with the nation’s top litigatorsI’m a new attorney, and this podcast has gave me so much helpful information. I can tel that a lot of thought is put into planning each conversation. If I may, I’d like to suggest an episode on tips for fresh law school grads. Hope to listen to many more episodes to come!

MLOrthEvery Episode Is Worth Listening ToOne of the few podcasts, including those I listen to for entertainment or personal enjoyment, that has such a high percentage of “must listen” episodes. I have yet to come across an episode, and I’ve listened to all of them, that I felt was not worth the time. Each episode you’re guaranteed to pick up at least 3-5 pointers, while others (Keith Mitnik) that are like stumbling upon an unlocked treasure chest. One last thing that needs to be said, Michael makes sure to ask questions in every episode that will help or pertain to personal injury lawyers of every experience level. So thankful this exists. I cannot sing the praises of this podcast and the benefits it confers enough. Michael Orth Brownsville, TX

E-AttorneyAlways learning, always moving the ball forwardAs a young attorney, I pride myself on a work ethic driven by working harder than the other attorneys in my cases. But, the one thing that I can’t outwork them on is experience and that’s where this podcast has come in. While I’m often outmatched for experience, this podcast has put a team in my camp with more experience than any attorney I’ve found. The practical applications brought to life by Michael’s guests have given me strategies that I’ve put into practice and utilized to get real results in cases and in my firm. Thank you for your diligent effort in making the profession better off and thank you for your podcast in helping others get full justice for our clients.

Delisi_AraceliGreat Podcast For Lawyers Growing ProfessionallyThis is a great podcast for attorneys early in their career, or those with 20+ years of experience, who want to grow professionally. Whether it’s a guest talking about courtroom communication, or a lawyer discussing tips when growing your firm or how to specialize, I think everyone can benefit. It’s interesting to hear so many guests be open about the sacrifice along the way. Very blunt and open, which is appreciated.
