And Mark is an expert facilitator, asking poignant questions and really delving into the power of crisis communication.

jigordon3 minutes, no contentI don’t have a lot of time to spend listening to this type of material. So when I devote time to it, I want content. I tried this podcast today and the first three minutes was just intro, a separate preface intro and then the usual welcome to the show from wherever in the world our awesome guest is banter. For a 40-min podcast, and assuming there are ads in there somewhere, about 10%of the time was wasted telling me stuff I already knew. I unsubscribed after I submitted the review.
