Really enjoy the show - but where have y’all been at?

Love this podcast! Always interesting. Excited when a new episode drops.

I have to admit I was skeptical of listening to men talk about women’s basketball. But it was one of the few podcasts on the W that seemed interesting so I gave it a shot. And I love it! When they talk about other leagues they include women’s sports which is what I was looking for. A podcast that highlights and uplifts non-male athletes. Their knowledge, insight, and love for the W is truly appreciated!

i’ve loved this podcast since i discovered it a year ago, the guys have such a good balance of having fun and being objective and informative. i had the pleasure of meeting the guys at final four this year, and they were kind enough to chat with me for a while, just as fun in person as they are on the pod. stan unproblematic men!!!

got into the W a few years ago and wouldn’t have stuck with it so passionately if not for the great pods from logan, jason, steve, and kyle. really appreciated steve’s political aside from the may 29th show. it was raw and, more importantly, truthful. keep up the good work guys.

The WNBA Nation crew does its homework! Great way to learn a ton about women’s hoops - and especially accessible for newcomers to the league, like myself + my brother in 2020. I appreciate how these fellas are kind and conscientious, and willing to pass the mic and learn from the women and non-binary athletes in this league. A essential part of a balanced WNBA media diet :)

Whether you are a long time W fan or a newbie trying to catch up before regular season, this is a must listen. Also talking about the WNBA with men is usually painful but these guys are spot on 🔥

The guys are genuinely WBB superfans. Fun show because it’s informal, not over-produced, its like a living room conversation about WBB or a conversation at a sports bar. Not many guests, just a few guys who love to talk basketball. This is the type of banter that most espn shows (about mens sports) is based on. They ask about what-if scenarios, and play those out. They make the case for their favorite player or team, and its just fun. They’re respectful and I haven’t heard any misogynistic comments (which is all too common when men discuss womens sports), so thats why I continue to listen to the show! Also they are very current, and come out with episodes as events happen like final four and wnba draft. You can get a very quick reaction and discussion about recent events.

If it was just the funky intro (7,6,5,4 …) I’d love this pod (please tell how you came up with it), but the content is excellent. The interview with the financial guy was an eye opener. My question … what can WE do to get Jim Rome and Herd to stop ignoring the league? ESPN is pretty good about it, but we have to get more talking heads to pay attention. Keep up your great work

This podcast should be the gold standard for sports podcasts. Every episode is engaging, informative and full of excellent information.

Appreciate your love of the WNBA! You have really helped me appreciate all the teams and women in this amazing league instead of just my “local” CT team. I live in NH and can’t wait for this pandemic to be over so I can go cheer in person!

Kinda… sorta… I have loved the WNBA and the Connecticut Sun since it’s first day at Mohegan Sun Arena. But rarely over the last 18 years have I had anyone to talk shop with! Although I’m not an actual part of the conversation, it’s so nice to hear others TALKING about the WNBA!!! I’m not alone!!!! The best parts are the game breakdowns and player comparisons. I think I’ve listened to every WNBA podcast there is. I love the league and enjoy hearing everything about us. But THIS is my absolute favorite. I love the substantive analysis and the playful banter. The chemistry that the hosts have is fun and engaging. But, most importantly, these hosts seem to actually know more about the league and the players than I do. Because, honestly, when I listen to some of the podcasts out there it just sounds like somebody who pulled up a deep stats website and started quoting figures… or someone who is just putting out content for a check but hasn’t gotten to know the game nor the athletes. So thank you for what you do. I’m listening!!

During college I followed the WNBA during its first two or three seasons and became a big fan of the unstoppable Cynthia Cooper. Then life took over and I lost track of the game. At the start of the 2021 season, with my nine year old daughter at my side, I vowed to find a team and follow professional women’s basketball anew. After listening to your preseason podcasts I took a flyer on the Liberty. The result: I haven’t been this excited about any team in any sport since I was a teenager. Not since Don Mattingly retired over 25 years ago has a player entered my sports fan heart like Betnijah Laney. Thank you all for helping to shepherd this newfound joy into my life. The fun over expectation quotient couldn’t be higher. Justin

With only 12 teams in my favorite league, the friendly debate and predictions help fill the gap during those long stretches between games 🏀🏀🏀🏀🏀🏀🏀 Hopefully expansion is coming, but I’ll still tune in when that happens because there will be even more fun stuff to talk about!

Informative and fun, I love the content, commentary, guests of this podcast. I took away a star for the audio quality though. I have to adjust the volume during the show depending on who is talking. Hard to listen to.

So glad this podcast reviews the league in it’s entirety. The guys make it so easy to stay on top of everything that’s happening. Love it! #goLibs!

Getting back into the WNBA after a long absence and I was thrilled to discover WNBA Nation. Fun, informative show that packs a lot into each episode. The guys all have great passion for the league and it’s infectious.

I’m a beginning blogger and one of the things I like when I’m typing is good basketball conversation. This show has great basketball talk for the WNBA! I’ve been watching the WNBA for a long time and this show is a great listen for me

I stumbled across this podcast when I was on Apple Podcasts. I already listen to Podcasts like Around The Rim and Locked On. It gave me suggestions like Double Down, Winsidr, and Her Hoop Stats. I enjoy all of them, but it also suggested WNBA Nation. I have to say I love that these guys have a passion for Women’s Basketball. It is always nice to see other guys with a passion for the game. Also, shoutout to Steve for picking Phoenix. I am huge Diana fan and she is my all-time #1 - even though Sue Bird is my #2, it doesn’t come close to my fandom for Dee. I’ve been hoping they win another title and I hope Steve is correct! Kyle, what happened to you not picking them after ALWAYS picking them? 🤔Had to call you out on that one! Keep up the great works guys!

Simply put, I love this show! Four longtime friends with a great rapport and terrific knowledge and passion for the women’s game. We need more shows like this to help promote the WNBA, especially because the hosts are very fun and positive. Keep up the great work, fellas!!

The hosts have great chemistry and a genuine appreciation for the game. Probably the most entertaining of the small group of WNBA podcasts. I’m always grateful it’s there when something big happens or I just want to feel like I’m hanging out with fellow fans. They are consistently a great hang.

I’m not a big X’s and O’s kind of basketball fan, but I love a great story. Last year (pre-pandemic) I made up my mind to follow the WNBA, and this has been crucial to helping me learn about the key players and historical powerhouses. Shout out to you guys for formally introducing me to the league.

Edit: I am a middle school girl who plays basketball and when you guys have talked about keeping girls in basketball has really encouraged me to stick with it :) I’m so excited for what you have in store this off-season This is my favorite podcast and every time a new episode drops I listen right away! I love good basketball analysis, and this is one of the best places to get it. I particularly love the women’s game, so the fact that this is about the WNBA instead of the NBA is an added bonus. The WNBA has never been more exciting, and is only getting better. I look forward to every episode so that I can relive the games!

The best WNBA podcast I’ve come across so far! These guys are great

I love a lot of the chat on this podcast but they seriously need to learn how to pronounce names! I don’t know if they’re just not watching that much and reading, but for real they’re saying Astou Ndour and Satou Sabally wrong every time.
