PennyfrontThought LeadersCy and Alex are thought leaders. Practitioners and knowledge spreaders. They succinctly explain topic in a way that encapsulates what you know but haven’t necessarily been able to verbalize. I learn something from every podcast!

Dr. KPheleceStop interrupting the guests!I love the book and I really look forward to hearing the show, but I get so annoyed and distracted when Cy interrupts the guest and their complete thought. I unfollowed because it’s frustrating when listening.

medcynEgo is not your AmigoWhen I heard Cy on a TikTok I wrote the phrase “Your Ego is not your amigo” on my whiteboard. My boss read it and other colleagues and ask where I got it from because they liked it. I told them about Cy and immediately we all went on our phones and downloaded the podcast. Cyn

Apps reviewer 22Not science basedI agree that she has a likable style however her coaching advice is not science based. So, how can you trust her? Also, I listened to her take on quiet quitting and she got it all wrong. This is a movement regarding taking the power from employers exploiting their employees. This podcast is not for me.

santaelf60Not sureIn the world we live in today, not sure of her philosophy. My Way or the Highway is my take away from Cy. What happened to assuming positive intent, seeking to understand, being curious, and being open to others ideas. Not sure I can get behind this. Can’t listen anymore.

Pam Chi-townLove this podcast!Such great advice and I love that it centers around one point - the ego. Once you figure out how ego drives negativity and negative results, everything changes. Cy is great and so easy to relate to. Thank you Cy!

Starlite HairessEgo is not your AmigoIf you have drama in your work or personal life and don’t know how to deal.... plug in and listen up. Simple, effective, and why didn’t I think of that?! It will change how you see your world and the world others present to you. Self reflection, making positive choices and toggling up when you want to have your own pity party. Pack up the drama and live a better life! Cy will help you work through it. I learn something with every episode.

MarydemarisNovitsky podcast has bad audio quality.Love the podcast. Great interview. Terrible quality. Lots of strange distracting noises. Sounds at some point that someone is chopping vegetables. Hard to get through the entire podcast because of the horrible audio.

j_v_b_33Love The Content, And. . .I love the content Cy Wakeman puts forth in her books, podcast, articles, etc AND: what the heckin’ heck is going on with all the scraping noises in the background of the latest podcast episodes? It’s extremely distracting and for me, really takes a lot of enjoyment away from listening to the episodes.
-
heatherlistensContent is greatBut the audio is really bad making it difficult to listen to. Sounds like heavy breathing and lots of feedback. It’s my favorite podcast but hard to listen to more than 1 episode

Katie Joy B.Legendary leaders!Cy and her stellar guests shine the brightest of lights on what it means to be a leader! Bold, insightful, and engaging are just a few of the words I’d use to describe the time you’ll spend with them. You’ll get tons of actionable advice and tangible tips, but you’ll also get heaps of inspiration from truly engaging individuals that have been where you are and want to see you succeed. Thanks for putting out such a superb show Cy - keep up the great work!

thezachoArt Of CharacterIf you can’t hold yourself to a high standard, how can you hold anyone else to that same standard? Fundamental work on the character is SO essential, and I realize that fact after listening to Cy. I’ve come across many podcasts that talk about business and all of these other strategies, yet I rarely come across a podcast that focuses this much on building your own character. The No Ego Podcast is a classroom for excelling in personal performance. If you want a new amigo, listen to the No Ego Podcast.

StaticFreePlsGreat content but bad audioI love Cy Wakeman and all her wisdom. The only thing with her podcasts is that there is bad static noise and is distracting.
-
JG bestFix the audio!Love, love the content, Cy, and her message. But, the sound quality is terrible! Every episode has feedback/echo/movement (often on Cy’s end not the guest’s) or is difficult to hear. Would make it a 5 if the audio improved.
-
jillio75Great content but poor audio qualityI enjoy the content and Cy’s videos but I find the podcast almost impossible to listen to because it sounds like Cy and guests are connected to scuba gear. The amplified sounds of every breath is distracting and uncomfortable to listen to. There is also frequent microphone feedback. Please fix the audio quality so we can focus on the content!

AaaarinThis Chick gets it!Cy is smart, funny and very knowledgeable in human behavior. There is what to take away from every episode. I have implemented amazing concepts just by listening. I met with all my department heads one day and announced a new rule: NO DRAMA AT THE WORK PLACE! I was shocked at how many claps I got. I highly recommend for anyone that wants to be an effective leader.

jackhenryelliottBrilliant!I wish there was more stars to give. Cy Wakeman has taken her work to the level of pure and unadulterated art. She breaks down the concepts into relatable and actionable steps that are easy to digest. The ideas are backed not only anecdotally, but also with hard data to hit the point home. She is likable and relatable, and I've made this podcast part of my routine - as should you! For anyone who is in leadership, this podcast should be mandatory.

Ana MartosIncredible podcast to start your day! This is definitely the podcast to listen to if you are trying to be successful and happy in the modern workplace. Cy always tells amazing stories with practical examples on how to overcome some of the toughest challenges we face in our daily work. It isn't the typical cliche motivation content, it actually helps take away all of the things in your life that get in the way of us being successful and happy. And in doing that, as she says, "Our natural state becomes innovation, collaboration, success and happiness once that drama is gone." Highly recommended and one of the best leadership minds out there!

alexmdorrActionable advice for peace and happiness at workThis podcast is my go-to in the morning during my workouts and when I am driving to work. Cy is an absolute genius at giving you tools and techniques to redirect the time and energy that is lost to drama and put it towards results with your team. Her stories are always so relevant and really tie together her content. It truly is the ultimate freedom and I feel so fortunate that Cy has introduced me to this new Reality-Based No Ego world.

EsteinbrinkThe most valuable leadership advice I ever receivedI was lucky to be introduced to Cy and her no drama philosophy early in my career, and it was the single biggest thing that positively shaped my work and personal life. What a difference it has made in increasing my personal ccountability and living without drama and judgment. So freeing! What I've learned about Cy's philosophy is that it isn't hard, but it takes daily practice. And the more I listen to her, the more I learn. The No Ego podcast is perfect for getting your weekly dose of Cy. Highly recommended.
