Welcome to the Dad Starting Over podcast! "Starting Over" means different things to different people. It could be that you're newly divorced and starting over fresh with a new life. It could be that you're still married and wanting to hit the reset button and finally do things right within your marriage. Whatever your story may be, you're in the right place. I'm Ralph, a.k.a DSO, the author of books called "The Dead Bedroom Fix", "Divorce Panic", "Real Talk" and "Red Flags". Great and very understandable discussion on TRT. I’ve listened to a lot of the podcasts and YouTube videos but this one was really good

    Never listening again
I just listened to your August 4th podcast and I am disgusted. I can’t believe you called this wife and mother a loser. If her husband truly wanted to be a good partner he would help her with their kids (not her kids) and with things she struggles with at their home instead of running to the gym. I’m married with 2 kids and my husband and I both have stressful jobs. Taking care of two young children while dealing with depression and anxiety is no joke and absolutely no reason for you to call this woman a loser.

    Total Garbage
6’3’’ 205lbs 12%bf, 425lb deadlift, perfect frame control, well over 200k income. Doesn’t matter. DSO is attempting a decent run-around modern women, but you will never, EVER, outcompete reality. Every modern woman is an alpha widow, and if you marry one, she WILL disrespect you and treat you like her inferior. This approach is a fun journey, but nothing will work. Modern women are, all of them, toxic. Divorce them if you’re married. Ignore them if you’re not. DSO assumes modern women will respond positively to masculinity. I assure you, they will not.

These are difficult subjects both for men and women to face. Like it or not this is the real facts from real people. That is a rare quality into todays quick fix advice and products. Do the work, listen to these stories it will improve your life and every one in it.

    The truth you need
DSO gives a solid blueprint to how to fix yourself and to improve your relationship. He is honest and straight forward with his words. He will not save you but will give you the tools you need to save yourself. Forget the new age garbage society tries to tell us and pay attention to what your partner does not what she says. If it doesn’t work. Well you will be ahead of the curve to find a new partner that you can start the relationship you want to have with. DSO is about men but he is about men in relationships. He doesn’t talk about men going on without women. Instead he tells you how to have a healthy relationship with women.

    Worth a listen
As a recently divorced Dad this podcast covers real life topics that I have to deal with or have dealt with. Good, sound advice without being PC. That’s always appreciated. Search a topic and I hope it helps you out especially if your a DSO.

    No nonsense awesomeness!
I can really relate to everything DSO covers in his podcasts. Gotta say how engaging they are, especially because it’s easy to relate to many of guys’ stories. I find I’m not alone with the problems I face in my marriage and find tips to use and try out in it that actually help. Wow, what a concept! 😆
