Not being into the comics much this is a hard podcast to get into. It's about 70% comics and the show notes don't always let you know when the comic review is done. I agree with the others that the hosts have a great dynamic together and it's fun to listen to their banter.

This podcast was created to split the original Transmissions Podcast (which some people felt was too long) into two, more manageable podcasts. While Transmissions continues to discuss all the new Transformer, 3rd party, and KO figures, Alt Mode focuses on the comics (past and present), convention, and media news. The result is another wonderful podcast from the Excellent Transmissions Team: Yoshi, Jeremy, Darryl, and Dr. Dr. Charles, A.K.A Big C. If you are in any way interested in Transformers comics or the fandom in general, you need to listen to this podcast. I've been listening to this fine podcast for nearly a year now & highly recommend it! The hosts have a great dynamic with each other & are extremely knowledgeable on Transformers. That makes for hours of entertaining Transformers discussion that helps pass the time while I'm driving to work, mowing the lawn, or shoveling the snow!
