Enjoyable but audio quality needs improvement
Enjoyable to listening to each episode but audio quality needs improvement PLEASE. Also, are you ever going to invite Nick D as a guest?

    Erik Sergio = Podcasting Magic
Of course I enjoy Erik’s podcast here in any form with every episode, but the episodes featuring Sergio are always a highlight for me since I tend to learn a lot from both of them more than most movie podcasts. The new movie reviews with Steve Prokopy are always a delight as well. This is definitely a delightful piñata of film knowledge and quality entertainment done consistently well and I look forward to every new episode regardless of the topic at hand.

    Excellent movie review podcast!
This podcast offers some of the most well considered, insightful and honest reviews I’ve ever encountered.

    Overlong indulgent, etc.
I think the host is pretty professional and brings in good guests, but the sound quality isn't always up to snuff and I feel like it's a bit self-congratulatory for my taste. Nice try but one of the weaker casts out there.

The Big Picture on Motion Pictures
The Movie Madness Podcast is essential, a well-rounded weekly film discussion that tackles the business of film as well as the art of it. Erik breaks down box office results, reviews home video offerings, covers film festivals, and has on great guests to discuss what works (and what doesn't work) about the week's big release. MM is a long-form show, which lends itself to the kind of wide-ranging, opinionated (in a good way) analysis that friends have when they talk passionately about film.

Great here and on WGN too
When I heard Erik would be having his own podcast — I listen to him often on WGN Radio in Chicago — I made sure to subscribe since the first episode. Here he gets to talk a lot longer and more in detail than he often does on WGN, so these episodes are always a nice addendum to what he may talk about on WGN. Film fans, this is the show for you!
