MicheleGGJust what I was looking forI’ve subscribed to many different online yoga programs, and I’ve done years of in-class lessons. My life is so busy though that I was looking for someone to guide my home practice. It’s hard for me to watch a video and do yoga though, and I get distracted. Plus setting up the video takes time. I’ve done yoga for many years so I know most of the poses, and so I was looking for a podcast where I could just follow along with some good instruction. Adam is an excellent teacher. He uses his voice to expertly guide the poses and the transitions between them. I really look forward to doing these practices. I can filter them by the amount of time I have or what area of my body I want to focus on. Adam seems to embrace a variety of yogic traditions. Highly recommended!

Andrea RoyerLove it!I’ve been incorporating Adam’s 30-minute sessions into my daily routine and I love them. Each one is a little different and they are challenging but never inaccessible. I appreciate his teaching style-just instruction without a lot of extra gab. Excellent!

oxprofThe BestI never review anything, but this podcast is the best. Adam is a clear and supportive instructor with a gentle sense of humor. I LOVE that he has sessions of different lengths (you DO NOT have to do yoga for a full hour!!!) and also for specific purposes (strength, travel, end-of-day, wake-up, etc.). I never thought I would practice more than once a week but now usually practice four to five times a week, which is helping me address a shoulder issue that developed from years of road cycling. This podcast is pure joy, and the best thing I’ve found on the internet in years. Amazing that he has offered these for free (although I will gladly make a donation). Subscribe!

KaliClark8Great yoga on the go!I love that I can take a great yoga flow with me where ever I go. Adam is fantastic at explaining the movements and where you should feel them. I didn’t think I could do a class without seeing what’s going on but he makes it easy. I also appreciate the need to focus and that there is no music. Just good yoga.

I’d been searching for a guided yoga practice where I didn’t have to depend on a screen, but could just listen along and follow the poses. This was perfect. Wide variety of classes, soothing voice, good excellent cues, and gentle humor to make me smile throughout. Love it!

HackmalaAbsolutely love Yoga with Adam!Always easy to follow, safe tempo, helpful meditation and breathing prompts. Huge variety in classes and length of classes. I always walk away feeling better! It’s like getting a massage and a workout at the same time 😁 My boyfriend is now enjoying these routines with me too. I try to donate at least $5 every time. A live class anywhere else would be $15 or more. We are so lucky to have such easy, affordable access to these classes! Thank you, Adam! Namaste 🙏

prtrefzSO goodAdam does such a great job of explaining each pose. He challenges you to go deeper but is also super Grace-filled, encouraging you to take it at your own pace. I love, love, love that he has episodes of different lengths and ones that focus on specific areas of the body. It truly allows you to customize your yoga experience. I can never say I don’t have enough time or I can’t do anything bc a certain muscle group is sore. Thank you Adam!!

LkjjionbcyfcsrstdcFor level 2 +I really enjoy these podcasts. He has a great voice. I like just having the voice and not a video. You do need to have a yoga vocabulary and enough practice on how to properly do basic poses. He does not give full instructions on how to do poses. But he has a lovely way of moving through the session and helpful tips.

ARog26Impeccable YogaThese yoga podcasts have been my refuge during the pandemic. Adam’s descriptions of positions get me where I need to be even if I don’t know them. Somehow, he also anticipates how I can improve them, despite being on a recording. I’m wholly grateful that these are available for free and plan to get the Movement for Modern Life subscription as well.

TG_COIncredible yogaAdam continuously brings me out of my head and into my body. I can’t believe I can push a button on my phone and receive the most incredible yoga session here at home. It’s clear he’s been studying and practicing for a long time. His confidence, clarity and personality, I find myself feeling very grateful after each class. Getting back to exercise has been very difficult. I love how your podcasts ease me into the tougher stuff. I never dread starting a podcast with you because I know you’ll start with something light and easy and FEEL GOOD to get me going before moving into the harder poses. I also love the self care element, and I never feel guilty about going easy on myself during your class!! Or pushing myself harder. Thank you thank you thank you!!! "In yoga your ears become your eyes and your hands become your feet." If you have been to a handful or more of in-person yoga classes, the audio guidance is thorough enough to follow along and Adam has a great, light, sense of humor and attitude.

smokey5lbcOne of the Best!Adam is by far one of the best online, at home, podcast, app, you name it, yoga instructors. He is just an amazing yoga instructor period! I would love to attend a class with him live, and will be visiting his page to see how I can support him. I’m grateful that he keeps adding content. The classes are engaging and challenging for different levels, however if you are brand new to yoga, I highly recommend you take several classes, watch some videos, etc., so you know which poses he’s talking about. I went from being bi-coastal to living in TX for work, but I feel like I never left my old yoga studios in NY and CA. Thank you Adam!
