Also if your back hurts and if your sleeping on your stomach STOP!!!, it is can be the source of your pain, instead sleep on your side or back.( BTW I listen to your podcast every night and I will add if I hear things I could many help with) ( P.S. If you have pain for over a month you probably need PT (physical therapy) I did because I got hurt in volleyball and I did ent go to a doctor I just went to PT and I am fixed, so PT helps.
