AmityVilleNYLiving his best life!I met Ethan at FanExpo and spoke with him about his weight loss and this podcast. I have been listening to it and love the mindset. I can see the strategy on how to live your life to lose weight, get in shape, eat and live healthier. My own journey started with medication, but this podcast is helping me understand the way to go forward and get off the medication. To keep the weight off and incorporate exercise and diet to live healthier. There is a plan for every individual in these podcasts. Whether weight loss, eating better, working out, or any combination of them. You will find a program that helps you. Ethan is a wonderful guy and a role model given his challenges and success.

VgyuidsvviibvGreat person, great podcast.Ethan, you are a solid person and inspiring to power though humbly and non-judgmentally of anyone. Was thinking of similar folks, and Brian Shaw from Worlds Strongest Man notoriety. Would be an awesome guest on the podcast, two good giants.

BP WriterFantastic podcast, helpful contentRecently found this podcast and am loving it. Especially enjoyed the episode with Matt Graham about self improvement. What really resonated with me was such a candid discussion about motivation, impulse control, and self awareness. Tons of amazing takeaways in this episode especially about what to add or remove from your life to improve.

deedledee49Paige Dorian, ProducerI enjoy all of your guests, I absolutely loved this one with Paige. Thank you Paige for being so honest and raw. I hear you! I have had the same battles, self-sabotage, and negative self-talk! I lost close to 100 pounds in 2015 and it had slowly started to creep back on (about 30ish pounds). I would lose some, gain some. Blah, blah, blah. I will be 52 this year. I have checked hormones. I lift heavy 4-5 days a week. Weight still stayed up. I would say most days I was at least 80% clean. I finally took the plunge with semaglutide. I started very very slowly so my side effects stayed at a minimum. I have been pleasantly pleased. It has made me feel success again. Now I switched to tirzepatide. Less side effects and more weight loss. I am still losing slowly. I have still had plateaus, but am down 20 pounds. From what I am hearing my body is working towards a new “set point”. The group that I am doing this through says that once you reach your goal, you work backwards slowly working off your dose and spreading out doses. Who knows of it is the “answer”. I just know that I was doing what I had in the past and it wasn’t working. I needed this boost and pray I am able to maintain when finished. Slow and steady wins this race. Sorry I got long winded. But thank you Paige for being real. So many of us feel where you are. Good luck and yes I am biased, but I hope you give it a try. Not for a quick fix, but it definitely helps in the journey! Hugs!

@dannnicusInspirationalI have been looking for an entertaining podcast discussing health and weight loss and finally found one. I was so entertained with an episode I stayed on the bike an extra half hour. Keep up the amazing work. You have no idea how many people you are not only inspiring, but educating.

FizzleguvEvery week it’s awesome.I’m so happy to have this podcast in my life not helps me every single week to listen in on Ethan and his guests. It never fails to give me motivation and insights and knowledge that I didn’t have before. Thank you for this great experience in podcasting and personal growth and development.
-
Papa BonaireFriend of ToastycakesI just finished the episode and it was a fantastically honest, vulnerable, and insightful conversation with someone I love. He nailed the fact that his weight is the least interesting thing about him. It also made me think a lot about my own lifetime struggle with weight, food, and self-image. Thank you for this, Ethan and all.
-
OSU_Buck_eyeIt give me hopeI used to be physically fit, and continue to cycle at 260 pounds. This show gives me hope, to know I am not the only one struggling with addiction.
-

angry scooterLove this show.Love this show. This has been my idol for some time now. His journey and success have been my fuel. I learn something from every show.

WadeomanFinally a podcast for someone like meIt’s great to hear Ethan doing a podcast like this. It’s almost impossible to find a personal trainer in a regular gym who understands the needs and limitations of someone being 500+ pounds. ESPECIALLY if the client is middle aged. I know because that’s been my struggle. I was over 550 a few years ago and am hovering right around 400 now. I was losing hope in some areas when I came across this podcast and suddenly feel inspired again. Hearing someone talk about issues I had or still have is therapeutic. Can’t wait to catch up on all the episodes
-
bjoyfulalway5Amazing podcast period.I’ve been listening to this podcast at work instead of mindless music all day and let me tell you how much information and tools I have gained to help me with my DAILY struggles! Amazing show and outstanding job Ethan! What your doing is PRICELESS!

allnicknamestaken98980RelatableHonest, entertaining and relatable. Give it a listen.

$ean:Enjoyable Podcast but one problem…I generally have enjoyed this podcast since the start however the advertising needs to change. The abrupt ads that interrupt mid conversation are really awful when in the middle of a conversation. I often find it jarring & am taken completely out of the conversation. This could be solved by Ethan mentioning “We need to take a break” or as other podcasts do fade in some music that indicates a break is coming.
-
JtlawbassGreat PodcastI thoroughly enjoy this podcast. It is extremely informative and entertaining. It has taught me a lot about fitness and weight loss and had encouraged me greatly during my own weight loss journey in which I’ve already lost over 90 lbs.
-
Candices_journeyFantasticSuch a fantastic podcast! I so enjoy listening every week. Great topics and very informative. I find this podcast very motivating for my own journey in health/weight loss.
-
Israel_SandovalInfotainment!AG podcast is the definition of infotainment. Ethan’s vulnerability about his journey is so relatable as someone going through a similar journey. I am so thankful this exists as a resource. Ethan Suplee is my hero!
-
SternfelsA thoughtEthan I am SO proud of you for your major accomplishment. I very much enjoy listening to various guests stories of success, plan and tips but I enjoy your pearls of wisdom the best. However, call me what you will but it’s a HUGE, HUGE, HUGE turnoff to hear the f-bomb dropped so many times. It’s so unnecessary and some of your guests can’t seem to complete a sentence without using it. It negates the listening experience. Hope this changes in the future. Thank you.
-
Brittanyp13I treasure Ethan Suplee and this podcast!I’ve been a huge fan since boy meets world. Huge fan of Ethan’s transformation and I often share his transformation on Fb to help keep me (and others) motivated! Rock on and keep doing the thing. Lots of love. 💛💛💛
-
Alfred GonzalesWe need more content like thisI was an obese adolescent and was 280 pounds at age 14. By the grace of God and hard work I lost over 100 pounds and amount kept it off for 32 years. Ethan, it’s great that you bring on experts but these experts never lived the life like you and I did. Bring on people who actually lost the weight and most importantly, kept it off. IG @catholic_or_protestant DM me.
-
jadedhoneyInspirationBeen a fan for decades and I’m so proud of your transformation! Thank you for all of the great info! I like the way you were educating Michael Peña about what he should eat. I have the same issues that he has. Being a Mexican, it is hard to diet and change our way of eating! Horchata is so good and those tacos have been my comfort food for so long! It has not been easy to keep away from them but i am doing it! I am enjoying the episodes and thank you for the inspiration!!!!
-
JohnnyFromMPLSGood content but doesn’t age well.3 stars cause it’s good and has gems for new listeners. You wanna get motivated and hear some positive encouragement this is perfect. But after a while the shows become “This week, Ethan says the same thing he said to last weeks guest, to this weeks guest.”
-
RenogenoInteresting Podcast.I was a big fan of My Name is Earl and when I saw Ethan’s transformation I was stunned. It’s inspiring to see a regular guy who obviously struggled with his weight to accomplish what Ethan has. Well done sir.

jsshattuck1103Proud of Ethan!I don’t know Ethan, but I feel like we grew up together—literally. He was part of the Boy Meets World gang. I was an Earl fanatic. And I have followed him on this health journey. I have battled food addiction my entire life. I have tried every diet and lost hundreds of pounds (over time) only to add them all back on. I went from 264.4 to 174 in order to get into the Army Chaplain Corps, and when it didn’t work—right back to 240 I went. I’ve eaten boxes of pop tarts in the dead of night so my wife and children wouldn’t know. But, after a year of therapy and some self care and cognitive behavioral therapy I’m read to do this for me. This podcast gets me through gym sessions, late night desires to raid the pantry, and is in my earbuds when I’m prepping meals when I’d rather be eating pizza… Thanks for sharing your story with us, Ethan. You are truly an inspiration to us all.
-
MM38866Great insightsOutstanding podcast!

-
GriffnMomWow!What a great podcast, I am so glad I stumbled across it. It’s so informative and the guests are great! Thank you for sharing your story Ethan!
-
MahkDGreat podcast but many audio mistakesThis podcast is one of my favorites. Ethan Is an amazing host with an amazing story to tell. Because of this he deserves a production team to match. The audio levels are all over the place and too many mistakes make it into episodes. In the last episode Ethan explicitly asks Scott to cut out dead air that made it into the episode. I hope this is taken as constructive criticism.
-
Vball007chkaAwesome podcast!Fantastic podcast! Also kinda late to the game, but really enjoying Ethan in “Chance” on Hulu.
-
beardog19Great showI love listening to this show, it’s great to hear from someone that I feel has had the same struggles. I feel like Ethan “gets it” and is so easy to listen to.
-
roadtripgirlGet rid of the profanity! How can I take a so called expert seriously when they are dropping F bombs? Takes away all credibility. Interview real professionals who don’t depend on profanity to express themselves.
-
boblee1110great podcast for health and nutritionsuch insightful interviews with great people. gained a lot of knowledge on food, health, and nutrition. I was always confused on how to eat and struggled with weight fluctuations. I wasn't mordidly obsese but alwasy struggled with obesity. Definitely recommend to people who are struggling with the concept of food and how to live a healthier lifestyle.
-
@MichaelUnbrokenGreat Podcast🔥🔥I just wanted to take a moment and say thank you for creating such an impactful podcast! I believe that we all have a voice that deserves to be heard. Thank you for putting this into the world! BE UNBROKEN! @MichaelUnbroken

Clayton S WertThe most informative and action-oriented show I’ve ever heard.I first heard about Ethan’s story on Tom Segura’s interview podcast and it brought me to American Glutton. I’ve since listened to every episode and some a couple times over. I’m also sober, and have been on a journey of self-discovery as well. I love how he focuses on health and diet, but also claims to love food. I like how he makes claims when he is knowledgeable on a subject, but also admits to not knowing everything. This is hands down my favorite podcast. Thanks for doing what you’re doing, Ethan.
-
SamiwithasmileLife changingI’ve listened to American Glutton for over a year. Between interviews Ethan has done, and common sense (now common sense maybe not then for me) I’ve lost 30 lbs since last November. Between upping water intake. Clean eating (protein, veggies etc) I’m a new women. The fittest I’ve ever EVER been. Between food and gym and a mindset shift I can definitely give all the credit to Ethan and his guests for jumpstarting my life. Thanks Ethan, you’re the best and your guests are the best. This is a podcast I look forward to every week. Samantha
-
Russell1313Great Podcast!I am listening to the Dr. Sadeghi interview. I have a friend who see him as his primary care physician so I did a search and found your podcast. I will definitely listen to more of your interviews.
-
Law35natiomGreat podcast for Health AdviceMan, Ethan Suplee is an absolute legend. The guy’s journey is incredible, inspiring and eye opening. As a man who has struggled with weight all of my life as well, who is working towards getting it under control, I listen to American Glutton and it not only inspires me but gives me tons of new ideas and methods to try! 1000% recommend!
-
I007narutoLove this show but the mixing can use some workGreat content but the episode’s are usually too quiet so you have to crank it up super loud. Other than that I love the show!
-
Shutzy78Love it but…..I absolutely love this pod and the content…but the weird breathing and congestion is killing me on these last few episodes!!
-
Chris LonzBack up from the micOn the latest episode about emotional eating, both you and Paige were way too close to your mics. The podcast ,every couple of seconds, was interrupted by the sounds of both of you wet breathing louder than you were talking. Please be considerate of this in the future.
-
