Chef Marc Murphy’s debut podcast, Food 360, is a true celebration of the culinary world. With a little help from historians, fellow celebrity chefs, food writers, and more, the Chopped judge and restaurateur examines food culture from every possible angle, shedding new light on even the most familiar culinary topics. He’ll explore questions like: Why does food taste better on a white plate? How do menu layouts affect the way we order? And what does it really take to open up a restaurant? Fantastic Podcast

I absolutely love Marc as so I was very excited to hear he had a new podcast coming out. I just listened to season one and it’s fantastic! So many stories, tips and energy about food which we can all understand. It’s 30 mins of great conversation and you feel like a fly on the wall hearing industry secrets. He’s very relatable, funny and I’m stoked there are live versions coming out now during this time! Way to go Marc & team!

What a pleasure! Someone who speaks the King’s English.

Besides being funny and witty and telling good stories, Marc Murphy speaks clearly and well. Not a “like” or a “sort of” or a “literally” to be heard. Fascinating subjects and the host’s intelligence make for an informative, enjoyable podcast experience. Food 360 quickly shot to the top of my favorites list!

Cool show with terrible cuts

Love the show! Great topics discussed that are super engaging and exciting for a 20 year old server at a high end steak and seafood restaurant in Minnesota (6smith). who wants to open my own restaurant one day. But the cuts are ridiculous! I understand the time limit but there are some super interesting topics that are just skipped right over!!! Like how the heart association was formed right after the bacon and eggs. Deep dive into some of these harder topics! But all in all a wonderful show, really enjoyed it.

Very informative but done in a fun manner.

I have seen Marc numerous times as a Food Network judge and my wife and I are both big fans. So we had high hopes going into this one and he delivers. This show goes more into the science behind food and is a great compliment to the Savour podcast. The interviews are done well and pack a lot of new information for me. I think the mark of a good learning podcast is when you are having a lot of fun with and you realize at the end "Oh I actually learned a lot with that show".

My first Food Podcast

As someone who loves to eat and tries to cook (but often sets off the smoke alarm), I found this podcast so entertaining! Chef Marc Murphy is a natural interviewer. His guests were engaged and so interesting, discussing things I had never even thought of like “super tasters”, how we describe food, and why food tastes different at different times and places. A quick, easy listen for anyone who is even remotely interested in learning more about food and the people who cook it, review it, write about it, and eat it!
