This podcast is just great man, short, educative, EXCITING. It narrows down on the theological principles by simplifying (though some are very hard), and explaining it with scripture. There’s a lot to be learnt from on here.🫱🏽‍🫲🏾

This is one the few podcasts that I don’t miss and often find myself looking forward to hearing. It’s short and straightforward, humorous, educational, encouraging but most of all biblically accurate. Start at the beginning and hear them all. Way to go ole chap. Bite sized theology, highly recommend.

I’m very thankful for this podcast. I drive a lot for my job because I work in a trade with long periods of drive time even up to an hour and a half. Though the episodes are short, they pack a punch theologically. I’ve learned a lot and I would recommend this podcast to any true believer.

This a good, quick podcast that explores a wide variety of theological topics and combines it with life experiences that demonstrates the point being made. Episodes are 3-7 minutes which is great for short Terrence and commutes!

A clarifying and lovingly explanation of Christianity - “Simply Put”.

I’m so thankful for this podcast. I’m currently taking a Theology class through my local church. The class is intensive. Much of what Simply Put reviews has been covered in the class. The podcast really does “simply put” these theological views/beliefs in a way I can understand and can share with those I disciple. I have shared this podcast with others in my class and they find it helpful too! Thank you Ligonier and Barry for studying for and broadcasting this podcast! It really is a ministry to me!

Simply Put (Barry Cooper, Ligonier Ministries) is the most useful and beneficial Christian podcast I have found. The clarity and the depth of explaining complicated theological concepts is unsurpassed. I highly recommend this podcast.

I have grown so much in my understanding of theology which has deepened my relationship with God more than all my 30 years as a Christian by listening to the teachings set forth at Ligonier ministries. This podcast gives Simple explanations of theokogical concepts. I volunteer with an organization that has a lot of new believers. Simply put not only helps me understand but to also to explain doctrine In simple understandable way to others. This is one of the best podcasts I’ve ever listened to. Studying theology in seminary school often had me leave more knowledgeable but also conceited. This podcast, however, often leaves me both more knowledgeable and praising God, the way studying theology should be. Thanks Barry and Ligoneer for your service to the Lord.

More people & podcasts are talking these days about the things Jesus taught (in the 4 gospels), but there are a few of his teachings that almost never get serious coverage. Several references (EXCLUDING the “rich young ruler”) are made in Luke about selling all of one’s possessions & giving to the poor and then this teaching is shown to be taken seriously by the time we get to the book of Acts (end of chapters 2 & 4). Another powerful & often neglected paradigm-changing (IF taken at face value) teaching of Jesus is found in Mt. 6:24; Lk. 16:13-14). This has been called the “Two Masters teaching”, one being God/Love and the other/opposite one being money. What would Christianity look like, both inside its confines and to the world at large, if these teachings were given much more serious consideration and application? Take a leap of faith and dive deep into these teachings! ✌🏼
