I was already on the fence with this one. The host are above average but , it’s a show I really like. I enjoy listening to a recap just to hear what people think and to catch something I may have missed. I was really disappointed to hear that one of the host didn’t like the casting of a white male in the role of Russell. She said it didn’t feel right him being a white male. She didn’t see a white ever being in that position. Maybe she needs to come down from her ivory tower and walk among the regular people of all race, and colors. Then maybe she will learn that everyone goes through problems and will do whatever they feel is best to solve those problems. It not oh this isn’t realistic because that’s a white male. A whit male would never have this problem. But I guarantee that if that character was Black or Latin, male or female then she would have been just fine with it.
