It’s hard to believe this is free. This is one of the best sources for practicing listening to French and for building vocabulary naturally by working out meaning through context. That’s how you learned your first language. Continue to study however you like, but in addition to completing lessons and reviews in your favorite app (I like Babbel best) use this podcast to improve your understanding of spoken French. It doesn’t hurt to repeat words and phrases copying the speaker as best you can. Speaking of the speaker, his voice is very clear and his pronunciation is precise without being forced. He speaks in a level tone, varying his pitch to provide appropriate emphasis. The short episodes are perfect for learning when you have only a few minutes between other activities. I learn something every time I listen, even if I’m not fully paying attention. Don’t expect to understand everything at first, but that’s not the intention. Keep listening.
