    So helpful!!!
Dr. Beyer is great!! He actually explains topics in ways that are easy to understand and remember and is actually funny sometimes too! This is very helpful to me because I’m working as an LPN and beginning to take courses to get my RN online. I listen to these on the way to work and while I have spare time and it really helps clear up certain topics that I didn’t get when I only read about it the first time.

    The absolute best.
I took microbiology during a really heavy semester and happened to discover Dr. Beyer’s course the summer before to give myself a jump on the material. This is the best iTunes U course I have taken and Beyer is a hilarious lecturer. I really learned a lot through listening to his course and I can remember some of the stories he told to this day! Needless to say, his examples were fresh in my mind when I took microbiology and I remember feeling relieved that I had already learned some of the material in advance. If you’re in a similar situation, I cannot recommend Dr. Beyer’s course more highly!

They're the powerhouses of the cell Dr. Beyer!
These are great, have been preparing for a microbio/immunology class this semester by listening to the podcasts during my commutes. Dr. Beyer is a awesome lecturer and I'm looking forward to the new immunology podcasts as they are uploaded to supplement my class work. Thanks so much for these!

    Microbiology iTunes U BIO 221
This is wonderful! I wish I would have found these earlier in the semester! I only got through about 4 lectures! This would have been extremely helpful in the earlier chapters! This was perfect for the Distance Education Microbiology class I am taking because it is hard to sit down and read a very uninteresting, huge textbook! These lectures followed the chapters in the same book for my class! Listening to each chapter was much easier and I felt involved! ;)
