Fun topics that I wouldnt normally think about but always a good listen.

This was in the first ten podcasts I ever subscribed to, years ago, and it's still one of my favorites. Jeff is an enthusiastic host who comes up with an amazing range of episode topics. I love to hear him and his friends discuss movies, play board games, and even read through old Skymall catalogues, and his interview subjects are fascinating. This is a podcast I can recommend to anyone and I know they'll find something awesome.

It's great to see how many of collegehumor's (once) great cast are getting along on their own, becoming successful and creating content the internet is not worthy of. Two thumbs up.

The Jeff Rubin Jeff Rubin Show is seriously my favorite podcast, great interviews every week, every guest is super interesting and entertaining, and it’s like the topics of discussion have a direct link to my brain. Two thumbs way up!

This podcast somehow aligns with my interests perfectly. The ven diagram would be a circle. It takes particularly interesting “nerdy” topics and asks all the questions you’d want to know about them. If any of the subjects of the episodes appeal to you, you will definitely enjoy the show. From Video Games, Superhero Movies, to Board Games, this is probably the most interesting and encompassing pop culture podcast.

Jeff Rubin does fine work.

Jeff is great, and his diverse guest list keeps the show interesting. On my commutes, I look forward to every other Tuesday. I understand the difficulty to produce these, but the only problem with the show is that there should be more of it.

Jeff is great, and he’s a great host. I’d love more frequent episodes. Just hanging out with Pat Cassels, Streeter, Gabrus, and some of the other CH guys is worth listening to.

I don’t like interviews, at all. I stop most podcasts that include interviews. This show is all interviews, and still I really like it. It always entertains me and surprises me with how good it is. Rubin is a fast and furious interviewer and there’s never a dull moment, and the questions always penetrate to something interesting about the guest and their experiences, something most of us can easily relate to. You should try this.

Jeff is a great interviewer. Asks the questions I want the answers to. And his guests are as amazing as they are varied.

The guests on this show are awesome, but the host makes the show shine. His questions are always practical yet interesting, and he doesn't feel a need to show off how smart or funny he is (as many hosts do). Resisting that temptation leads to an awesome show that travels through the weird nooks and crannies of culture.

College Humor's very own Jeff Rubin has the ability to make a "not so interesting" topic fascinating. The humor ranges from niche to broad appeal. Every episode is varied, from interviews, to games, to just riffing off interesting guests for a while. If you enjoy comedy in any capacity, you'll enjoy the JeffRubinJeffRubinShow.

I absolutely love this podcast! It actually has made me geekier than I used to be and I'm proud of it. Awesome show Jeff!

So many interesting topics. I feel like listening to this podcast will help me in the future, if I'm ever faced with a Slum Dog situation. Also a great nerd podcast to listen to while running on the treadmill at the gym surrounded by meatheads.

I was introduced to this podcast via a messageboard linking to the Legends of the Hidden Temple podcast and I've since been hooked and went through a bunch of these. Superb podcast that any kid of the late 80's/early 90's will surely love.

I really enjoy this podcast. Watching episodes of Bleep Bloop on CH brought me here. Jeff is informative, funny and has some great guests. Keep up the good work!

If podcasts were power rangers The Jeff Rubin Jeff Rubin show would be the red one. Or the white one. Whichevers cooler. I look forward every week to a new episode and the wide range of topics has a lot to do with that. My boyfriend has learned to ask whenever I tell him some cool nerdy fact "did Jeff tell you that?"

Jeff just covers really interesting and varied nerd topics. Very fun to listen to.

Jeff Rubin has created a podcast to talk about things that he likes, bringing on guests involved in those things and discussing it with them in a hugely entertaining and often hilarious way. If you like any of the subjects he covers (and even if you don't) certainly give it a listen. One of the most unique podcasts out there.

I aboslutely loved Jeff and Pat on Bleep Bloop so naturally I had to start listening to this podcast. Jeff finds a way to make even the most mundane topics enjoyable and interesting. I absolutely love this show!

I read about jeff rubin in mental floss magazine. Checked out the podcast and now addicted. I love it, soooo funny. Look forward to it every week. I loved the conspiracy theory episode ( and follow up) and the action park episode :)

I started listening to the podcast about action park and when you said that it was in NJ I was shocked because I had never heard of this place. I paused the podcast and I asked my parents if they ever heard of this place. They both laughed and said yes. They went there many times and just about a year before I was born. They talked about the scary moments they had there. For example the rope swing that was there. My Dad said the water was so deep that when looking at it, it seemed like a black abyss. My Dad also talked about one of the slides where you had to sit on a school lunch tray type of board and slide down. I am so glad my parents survived or else I wouldn't have been born.

Jeff Rubin is the Terry Gross of geeks. His interviews are great, the production is fantastic, and I often find myself laughing out loud. I'm always looking forward to the next episode, and often prioritize it above all other Podcasts that I subscribe to. And man, I don't ever look foward to *anything.*

I first saw Jeff Rubin on the incredibly entertaining and informative video game series Play Value. I was struck by his knowledge and wit. Rubin uses this podcast to explore the more obscure pop culture topics he's passionate about, such as Legends of the Hidden Temple, Degrassi, and the Pizza Expo. A truly enjoyable listen.

This podcast is awesome. He just talks about every cool thing that you're into. He makes things that you don't even know about extremely interesting. Plus, he just seems like a generally cool guy. This podcast reminds me of talking to my friends about stuff we're obsessed with. Five stars.

Jeff is really funny, love his collegehumor stuff and love how he gets in to all facets of geekdom. This podcast should be more popular.

This podcast is great! I genuinely love all the topics. Even if you have never heard of the guest or topic, it's always so interesting to tune in! Seriously, the JRJR podcast is like the best thing since bleep bloop. What are you doing not watching it!? All audio works great on all my devices, good stuff.

The topics discussed are as fresh as Jeff Rubin's opinions on why the world is about to get a whole lot smaller. Also he picks really great guests!

hey its one of your number one fans!, i love bleep bloop, nerd alert, hardly working, and everything you and pat are in xD you guys are a great duo. i wish i could see more podcasts with both of you guys in it but i'm not going to whine xD the inner nerd in me is jumping for joy when i saw this podcast. now i can listen to you and pat talk about the avengers when im taking a walk. 5 stars for you guys! you definitely have earned it a hundred times over. if i could give you 10 stars i would. but if you guys talked about the walking dead on one of your podcasts that would make my year! its one of my favorite shows and im going to start buying the comic book series. jeff if you watch the series i would love to know your take on it! :D

I listen to quite a few podcasts, and one of my most frequent complaints is rambling or wasting time on the free-form of podcasting. Jeff really does a fantastic job of taking his (roughly) hour-long podcasts and not letting them get bogged down or too slow, even when there is only one guest. I would highly recommend this podcast for anyone who is into retro 90's pop culture, or staying current on what is going on in the nerd world. Bravo, Mr. Rubin Mr. Rubin!

The Jeff Rubin Jeff Rubin show is in my opinion the best podcast, it's funny, clevver, and never ceases to entertain. It's one of those podcasts i stay up to 4 am just to listen to it a bit early.

If you are reading this review than you have just found yourself the best podcast around. Jeff is by far the best interviewer in the game. He gets the most interesting and intriguing guests I have ever listened to. He could literaly interview an insurance seminar speaker and you would not only be mind blown but actually interested! There have been some episodes where I looked at the guest and topic and said, this doesn't seem like something I would want to listen to but I do anyway and even those have me listening intently and so glad that I did. I am addicted to this podcast and will listen every week regardless of topic or guest. Jeff is that good.

I started to listen to The Jeff Rubin Jeff Rubin Show because I became a fan of his work at CH with the amazing and very missed Bleep Bloop. Then I remained a fan of Nerd Alert. These two shows opened a door to many comedians and funny actors and writers he had as guests of those shows. People form Pete Holmes, Kumail Nanjiani, MC Chris, Reggie Watts, and Chris Gethard among others along with the always funny cast from CH. Some time later Jeff Rubin launched his podcats and that took me to the paths of the podcasts and shows of all the people that have been part of his work. Now not only i remain a fan of Jeff's work and podcast I became a fan of Indoor Kids by Kumail, You Made It Weird with Pete Holmes, and The Chris Gethard Show. For all that and all the awesome stuff that Jeff will sure release I am a fan of all his work and this podcast is no exception. So for all of you out there that haven't listened to The Jeff Rubin Jeff Rubin Show you should listen and enjoy. I guarentee it will open the doors and paths to many many awesomeness!

Jeff is like your best friend, who likes all the nerdy stuff you do, and happens to be friends with the most interesting special guests I've ever come across. Amazing show, a must listen.
