    Problem downloading 3 episodes
I cannot download the episodes Celeriac Remoulade, Layered Remoulade & Cuban Bean Salad from iTunes. It appears they download, but they are not on the hard disk and are marked as not yet downloaded in iTunes. Otherwise an excellent podcast.

    wow
there's something very compelling about toni fiore ... i'm pretty sure if i was straight i would be in love with her. this is a great podcast -- she's so concise with her directions & there is gorgeous camerawork / presentation now--i think they just stepped up the quality a lot (i'm assuming because of increased interest in this show). highly recommend subscribing if you have any interest in cooking--this is as helpful & pro as you could possibly need.

    Awful Coconut Cream Pie
I made the Tofu Coconut Cream Pie and it was beyond awful. I have never made a tofu-based pie before and was hoping this would be a good non-dairy dessert. All I tasted and smelled was this strong beany tofu flavor. I kept adding sugar and vanilla and coconut, even some lemon juice, to help kill the bean smell/flavor but nothing worked. It didn't taste like coconut at all. It just tasted like mashed beans. Blech. Luckily I had a jello no bake cheesecake mix in the pantry. I made that with a can of coconut milk. Much better!

    Great Show!
Very helpful, simple, & delicious :)

    Good recipes, but misleading
Most of the recipes are vegan, which is a bit disappointing for a cheese and butter lover like me. When I see the words "vegetarian recipes", I expect some dairy and/or eggs. Furthermore, there seems to be a heavy reliance on meat-substitutes, which is not how I like to do my vegetarian cooking. However, the recipes are creative and often delicious. I greatly appreciate Toni's emphasis on healthy and fresh foods.

Nicely done in a non intimidating way
This show is different from most others in that the dishes are actually do-able by most ordinary people with even a casual interest in cooking. The presentation is very nicely put together. It has just enough detail for anyone to actually make any of the dishes.

    Vegitarian Cooking
I really enjoy this show. I have tried several recipes and they were all just wonderful. I have always wanted to make more vegitarian recipes but I always made the same things without much imagination. Now that I have tried some of these recipes, I incorporate them with my recipes and I am now eating about 95% vegitarian I have also lost 19 lbs in the process and feel so much better. Thank you and keep up the great work.

    Simply delicious - deliciously vegetarian!
The hostess with the mostest shows us the variety of vegetarian cuisine. Her recipes are totally creative, simple to follow and so effective. I never thought, that vegetarian cuisine could change my habit of cooking more healthy-conscious and stay fit for as long as the sun shines.

Love Toni's practical approach to vegetarianism
She's great, knowledgeable and presents her recipes in an easy, friendly format. I have made many of them since I've been listening/watching and they're all delicious, as she says. She shows you a lot of tricks with tofu that even I, a vegetarian of 35 years didn't know. The tofu coconut (cream) pie is delicious. Last night I made the tofu pot pie. Get this and watch it, even if you're an omnivore because it's that good!

    Where are the recipes?
I really enjoyed watching this podcast and was especially excited to try the Walnut Alfredo. Unfortunately, I've looked all over the internet and the DeliciousTV website and have not found a written version of any of these recipes. Very disappointing. Am I missing them somewhere?

    A little more time
My only critique is that the shows aren't long enough. I love this podcast and I think this should become a full-fledged show on food network. Toni, you rock!
  • PictPeach
    Perfect!
You can easily make anything showcased in this program. So many choices, all delicious and healthy. Thank you!

    Excellent alternatives
This podcast has many wonderful recipes that are so simple and well presented. The Fettucine Walnut Alfredo for example, is so simple to make, it looks delicious and creamy, but there's no cream! And there are so many recipes just like it. I'm grateful for the variety of tastes and foods that I now have from this fantastic podcast.

    My favourite cooking show!
I love this show, Toni is an excellent chef, very professional and very friendly. Everything that I've made has turned out primo. I'm making the banana cake (again) today! Many, if not all, of her recipes are also vegan friendly, which is great for me. Thanks, Toni, and please keep up the excellent work.

Veni Vidi Vegi (I came, I saw, I cooked vegetarian)
As a vegetarian for some 30 years and as someone who enjoys a good cooking show, it is a pleasure to come across a video podcast that feeds all aspects of my personality. This podcast is well done, and the recipes stimulate not only the appetite but the desire to create in the kitchen. Thank you for providing this.

    A great cooking show
One of the best cooking shows I've seen, and it's vegetarian, too! The host is personable, but without all of the over-the-top cutesy mannerisms that most TV chefs have. This show isn't carried by my local PBS channel, so I hope there are a lot more of these podcasts coming.
  • dedots
    Nice
What a great thing you got going. Keep up the good work. Inspires me to be more creative.
  • Jenn28
    Tasty
The show isn't food network quality, but is good. I tried the cannelloni recipe and it was delicious. I used TJ's Meatless Meatballs in place of the TVP. Having success with that, I will probably try other recipes as well.
