Tim and The Coat Tail Morning Crew
Horseshoe fake leftist who use morning zoo sound drops that make fascist political leaders seem funny and kooky meanwhile they call actual people fighting right wing politicians and hate groups “shrill” and “sleepy”. Doug and Vic are Tankies who help spread right wing memes and talking points while claiming to be “leftists”.

    It’s not good
The background noises are off putting. The segment with the ad was really cringey. It seems like even the guests don’t want to have to listen to this. I came. I tried. I won’t do it again. Would not recommend.

    My favorite comedians but
…. Had to give up after 10 minutes. What is with the sound effects? What a waste.

Canceled my patreon. Never heard of 95% of the guests
This podcast used to be just plain hilarious. Now it’s a plug for Tim’s favorite music that 12 people have heard of. Bring back the shovel. Bring back the funny. I was a patreon member for a long time and now I hardly listen to the free episode.

    Staying on topic
I want to like it but I’m looking to hear about the topic of the episode but it goes in a bunch of directions.

    This podcast!
Why are you so afraid to tell jokes. Listen back to episodes before 2023. This show was hilarious

    The Doug chair?
In the episode I’m listening to, you’re talking about baseball to a guy who doesn’t like baseball then introduce him and say he’s back there in the “Doug Chair”. Why didn’t you call it The Doug-Out?

    Very funny. Well done!

    Tim has a great voice.
Your song with Ruth Garbus is divine. I am on a jag of listening to your show in the night when I can not go back to sleep (but also in the day.) It’s really my fave at the moment.

    The sound bites
Who can listen to this podcast with all of these stupid sound bites going off literally every 3 seconds? Completely unlistenable

Has never been friendly for women, just getting worse
I know Matt HAAAATES when anyone suggests Office Hours has become a gross dude’s gym locker room. Feels like hanging out with guys I was friends with in college who could be really funny even though they are incapable of hearing anything said by woman, forcing her to repeat herself over and over or wilt. Matt, Doug, Vic and Tim have created a chaotic and funny show that feels like a boys club, spoken with men in mind as the audience. Office Hours should reconcile with the domination of the podcast from what is the same perspective (middle aged guy who is white or white passing, at least somewhat affluent and believes he is the funniest person in the room. Y’all, pls recon w your limited perspectives. It will only get funniest. But til then, it’s just like the days of sitting quietly as my guys friends played COD and didn’t even consider that I might want to play.

I love to laugh. These guys can make me laugh. And I suspect they’re really good people.

I want to have fun I like to laugh
I found Tim Heidecker through Sam Seder’s Majority Report Podcast. Sam used to be on Air America w Marc Maron which he failed to mention when he was on Office Hours talking about those early days recently lol. Typical. The duo of the Majority Report and the holy trinity has been a lifesaver in these dark days. Please Have Maria Bamford and punkers Idles on please!

    What is this?
It’s like listening to a private conversation about nothing. Do they get paid per word? I have 2 words, ed & it.

    Yes, 5 stars
One of my favorite podcasts… I subscribe to the Patreon & watch on YouTube which I recommend for the visuals (I don’t watch the video version of most podcasts, but for this one, I prefer it to audio only). I kinda wish sometimes they would tone down the drops bc it can get chaotic on the ears but the drops are usually done well and entertaining, like footnotes that make the whole thing funnier and more engaging. Over time, Tim has gotten far better & more graceful with Zoomers/callers. In the early days, it was actually cringe and hard to listen to how he was early-Letterman-x3 with how curt, rude, cutting, sour and ungrateful he would be with the call-in fans. Now when he interacts with fans it’s easy to listen to and funnier. The show keeps getting smoother and better with time. I recommend the Patreon bc they offer all kinds of bonus things— one of my favorites was Please Please Let It Be, a series on the Beatles. I also love the Joel Hole and all their music parody and investigatory content.

    Ugh
Perhaps there’s something funny in there at some point, but I’ll never know because I couldn’t get past the cringy/annoying sound effects.

    Best podcast of all time
#1 Podcast in all the land. Hilarious. Literally the only thing i've experienced that's worth a patreon sub. Gets me thru the tough times, and thru my commutes to work. Corky, you're a legend. Geno, you're a rockstar!

If you like to laugh look no further!
This show just can’t just be talking about numbers and luckily it is not! Great guests, fun games and the drops make it. 🤠❤️

Thank you Prophet Tim and Holy Trinity
I love this podcast! And the new commercial is amazing! Don’t listen to the haters and the losers, of which there are many.
  • Guythatlikesthis
This show has good ads you just have bad taste
Look, if you didn’t like the ads you don’t know what you’re talking about. See, I have a degree in podcast advertising and from my expert opinion this was one of the best ads of all time.
  • Hope Cantwell
    Best podcast and ad
Got hooked on this podcast from hearing incredible ads for it on other podcasts. Sometimes I just listen to the ads on repeat. 5 stars

    Excellence in Podcasting
Prophet Heidecker has created the ultimate content experience in my opinion. Along with DJ Doug and Vic Berger they have taught me how to have fun and laugh on a weekly basis. I wholeheartedly Recommend this show to anyone seeking to attain a perfect life.

    Really recommend the ads
The ads for this podcast were so good that I had to listen. Unfortunately, the podcast rarely fills me with the dopamine rush I felt upon first hearing the ad for office hours. I still recommend as a watch, but if you wanna have a really good time seek out their ads.

    Perfect Podcast
There are three perfect podcasts. They are all on Forever Dog. They include: Office Hours, The Best Show, and Double Threat.

    There’s no other option
I’m just trying to exert some kind of control over Podcast recommendations. This show is exactly what you think it is, I don’t hate it, I just don’t want to listen to it. Hopefully, giving shows on the tiny list of popular shows which ”Podcasts” _thinks_ I will like one star will change my suggestions. Sorry if this hurts anyone.

Begging you to change your ad
I’d rather listen to a thousand ads for mattresses and meal kit companies in a row than hear your ad one more time on (somehow) almost all of my favorite shows. Please change it. That stupid song gets stuck in my head and it is so horrible. I’ve never listened to this show and don’t plan on listening, but if you make your ad shorter and less obnoxious (or if I can go a week without hearing it at all) I will change my 1 star rating. Pleeeeease. Begging you. And I know I’m not alone. Since I often listen to podcasts while doing dishes, the amount of soapy water I’ve splashed on my phone rushing to hit fast forward before the song comes on would drown a hamster.

About to claw my ears out
The ad for this podcast enraged me enough to look up this podcast just to leave it a one star review. Seriously it’s horrific. Even if this podcast had any sort of interesting content I would not listen.
  • SierraBre
    Ad on other podcasts
The ad for this podcast on other podcasts is so obnoxiously annoying you couldn’t pay me to listen to this podcast. Instant headache the second it comes on, who ever is constructing your ads needs to not you’re driving away people not attracting them.

    Just terrible.
Tim jumped the shark years ago.

    Love these boys!
They got the goofs. They know the spoofs. And as apposed to some of the other reviewers I find the music commentary part of the main allure of the show for me. As a musician I appreciate Tim’s hot takes on the biz.
