TWiT Archive of Ham Nation Shows
I’m holding onto hope that someone thought about acquiring the backup of the old shows. So far there’s nothing in the “all previous episodes” section.

If you are a ham than you are already subscribe
N0UNC: If you are a ham than you are already subscribe So we ham's are a bit of an oddity. This is a chance for all of us to come together regardless of what part of the ham experience we prefer to specialize in. You will love this podcast.

    Audio podcast
A terrible audio quality Gordon must be catering to the AM transmitter, most of the cast audio is on the high side and especially with S words and CW short shots. Have an audio profile just for this podcast on my stereo. Topics are pretty much on point.

Great net cast! Great tips and tricks
I have been a ham for 20 years, and have learned all kinds of tips and tricks on this show. Bob, Gordo, George, and the rest of the gang are fun to watch. They keep it very interesting and the how-to stuff is great! It is also nice to see pictures of what others are doing out their in Ham Radio. This is the best thing to happen to Ham Radio in a long time. Great work!

    Ham Nation
This podcast has become my favorite TWiT program. I'm not a ham yet but I am seriously considering it! I know my way around a soldering iron so I think the tests shouldn't be to hard to ace. Keep up the great programming! Love it!

    Awesome Podcast!
If you are a ham or someone who is interested in the subject, this is a great way to learn from people who have a passion for it. I will say that it is very accessible; it isn't overly technical and presented in a way that makes you want to come back for more. Thanks to all that made this show happen.

    Great show
Thanks, Leo for bringing Bob Heil to podcasting. I watched the first show live and that was a hoot. I remember meeting both Bob and Joe Walsh at a Hamfest in LA many years ago and having Bob interview Joe about how he became a ham and his career was quite interesting. It also brought back memories of how I became involved in ham radio. 73 Jim McCarthy, WN4GMT/0

    Understanding ham radio
Ham Nation is a treat as it combines several of my interests. I am a new ham and when I was studying for my license I came to realize that there was a huge spectrum of technologies that were encompassed by the ham community. Hopefully this podcast will help sort that out. I have always wanted to learn about RF as it is part of our daily lives: cellphones, wifi, television, etc … Hopefully, Ham Nation will give ham radio more public recognition and understanding. If you are into innovation, DIY projects, international travel, programming, emergency response, space flight, audio production, video production, broadcasting, social networking or technology in general — give ham radio a try.

    Millions of Hams world wide
Great to see a show for the millions of amateur radio operators world wide. Bob is a well-respected member of the community and is well-suited to put together a suite of guests for the show. As it finds its stride it should be a great addition to the TWIT lineup.

    Awesome!
Wow! What a great podcast. Finally something for us hams by hams. Bob does a bang up job and I look forward to more Joe Walsh as well. Keep it up!

    Ham Radio memories
I really enjoyed listening to all those old stories. Reminded me of the '50s and 60s (when I was a kid). I built lots of Heathkits and Allied Radio, etc. I've always wanted to get a Ham License, but the code has always stopped me. Later at work (Illinois Bell, Mountain Bell/US West) I did get my First Class comercial license because I was working in Mobile Telephone (MT/IMTS) and microwave radio.
