ASiliconValleyMomTimely and importantStrengthening marriage and families… is there a more important and timely mission we should all strive for? I appreciate Arlene’s insights. And I absolutely love and think brilliant that she ends every episode that we don’t need to come from a happy home to create one and that we, too, can have a happy home. Amen, amen!

@kimstewinspiredHelp for those teen yearsAs a mom of two boys, I’ve loved listening to Arlene and her guests share encouragement as I don’t feel like my home is always a happy one. #thestruggleisreal. I highly recommend you tune in, especially her episodes on anger and rebellious teens. Oh my! Kim Stewart | Book Marketing Mania for Christian Authors

Ms. DavidaAuthenticArlene has excellent content; fantastic messages of hope. Perfection is not the goal. There are no boney fingers pointed at our sternum pointing out our parenting flaws. Genuine, authentic guests with messages of encouragement. “You don't have to come from a happy home, to create one.” All with God ‘s help.

mihaila20201990A podcast that every parent needs to listen toScreen free is possible! Arlene is very motivating and inspirational having raised kids to the teen years without a smart phone. She and her guests share so many nuggets of wisdom that I have replayed episodes many times to fully let the information sink in! A mom of little ones , I pray that I will be able to apply what I’ve learned. God bless you!

Syd214LOVE this podcast. This podcast is a God send. I’m a new mom to a 10 month old and I feel like I’ve completely lost who I am. Not only in motherhood, but in life. This podcast has helped me so much, and I found it less than a week ago. Thank you so much for this podcast, Arlene.

ndnshegf db129384$4Video gamesThese two episodes with Melanie Hempe are going to be life-changing for our family. I am a little terrified to think of removing video games from my almost 13-yr old boy’s life. But the signs of addiction are there and he is so grumpy!! I’m seeing his sweet-side less and less. And my 9 yr old boy gets “bored” as soon as he gets off his iPod. Our 11 yr old daughter won’t care about this much. In fact, she’ll probably rejoice as she’ll have her brothers back to play with!! Thank you! I am excited and scared for this journey. But I can see and feel that it is the best thing for our family!

Val WoernerQuick & Valuable!I’m amazed at what great content Arlene is able to pack into her episodes! I love that they are on the shorter side but I still walk away so inspired.

MNB in PennsylvaniaVery encouraging. Good reminders.I really enjoy these podcasts and get a lot out of them. I've been married for 13 and have two young children. We have a good marriage but I have found myself (against my best intentions) letting the kids sap all my energy and attention and my husband has been on the backburner. I'm trying to make an effort to make him number one again. I really appreciate the insight Arlene sharse, and the practical suggestions.

holli_joiGreat podcast, great resultsAfter miscarrying, I made the decision to lose weight before my next pregnancy. I was at the highest weight of my life. I sought out tools to help me and found the Losing Weight After Baby podcast. With Arlene's advice, I began with mini-goals, but my biggest goal was to lose 50 pounds by the due date of my pregnancy that ended in miscarriage. Because of the positive influence and practical advice from this podcast, I met that goal. Then a couple months later I exceeded that goal and had lost a total of 60 pounds. And now I'm pregnant, and happy with the lifestyle changes I have made. I know through the help of this podcast, I've made some of the best decisions I can for my future family. Thank you, Arlene!

GwenneyHopeful and Helpful MotivationDear Arlene, I stumbled across your podcast about 6 weeks ago. I love it. I’m desperately trying to lose my baby weight from my second baby and can’t budge a pound. I’ve even gained ten pounds since I had her. After Kaeden Grace (our first) and before Rory Elizabeth (our second) weight was not an issue. I was into rock climbing, mountain biking, hiking, and walking. When I was pregnant with Rory, I didn’t exercise at all since I was so morning sick all the time. Now it’s caught up with me. However, listening to your podcast and your encouragement have given me hope. Thank you. Much Peace, Gwenney Babcock

ccrysArlene is inspirational!Arlene Pellicane's weekly podcast on iTunes is both inspirational and informative. I am a busy mother of two young children, and I have truly benefitted from Arlene's podcast. Arlene's positiveness and genuineness come through each week as she shares tried and true advice and tips on everything from getting your children to eat those veggies to nurturing your relationship with your husband. I have been most inspired by Arlene's positive outlook on life and the specific strategies she gives for reaching your goals in life whether it be for your health or children. Arlene instructs her listeners to set specific goals with specific plans and strategies to reach them, and she inspires listeners to do so. These podcasts do not take much of your time each day, and they are so worth the time. I can listen to them when my children are napping and still have time for other activities. Mothers everywhere should take time for themselves and listen to Arlene Pellicane's weekly podcast on iTunes. My life has been enriched by Arlene and her weekly podcasts.

Amanda.B.Fantastic (and REALISTIC!)Arlene gets an A+ in "Losing Weight After Baby." She is professional, articulate, interesting and most importantly informative! She gives advice that most people would pay a lot of money for! I was skeptical at first, considering there are a lot of so-so podcasts on this same topic, but Arlenes is completely unique and provides a fresh perspective. ANY woman who wants to lose weight the smart and effective way should tune in. Five stars all the way!

Air Traffic ControlWhen you don't know how to tell the wife...My wife had our son three months ago. She's lost a good amount of weight on her own, but has hit the wall. Although we BOTH want the extra pounds gone, "coaching" her myself has serious health risks (for me!). Now I've found her coach. I played an episode while she was nursing, and she commented, "she has a great voice." TRANSLATION: "Alright, I get your point. I'd listen to this lady over you any day." Good show! Four stars (you'll get the fifth when she reaches her target weight).
